This meant 2 long-distance calls and after being asked to take screen-shots and email to them, I have not heard back since 5 days ago. As a Christian I am happy to support your ministry if you ask for a donation, but if I pay for movies and yet can't access them, that is cheating. I know the issue is not with my Mac or internet connection since I was able to download one of the 3 movies; and regularly download movies from iTunes and other sources with no issues. Movie content may be great, but customer service sucks. If you want to sell your products, suggest you outsource to an experienced seller who can ensure a good shopping experience, like amazon or iTunes "
