"I ordered Milliard Soy Wax flakes for candle making; 2 five pound bags. One bag was a zip lock bag that apparently opened during shipping. The other bag appeared to be factory sealed, and it also tore open....so the box had soy flakes in it and leaking out all over. Not sure if the problem lies with Fed X; however, the bags appear faulty/poor quality and didn't work. Putting both bags in another bag would have helped. Now I have to deal with a box full of flakes that may not be clean for candles."
