"The picture on the website of the wall plates did not look like the one's I received. And there customer service guy Wayne wants to argue about it. The plates should look like the picture or else you wouldn't need pictures. "

"I ordered six items totalling almost $75.00. When I received them, each item was individually wrapped in plastic. I opened only 1 and was not happy with the quality so I contacted them to get a refund. They told me to return them and I included the shipping invoice with the order number. When I checked my credit card I noticed they only credited me $29.97. When I contacted them, they claimed that they were damaged. I personally wrapped the items for shipping to be returned myself, securing it with extra shipping tape. How could the items have been damaged through my shipping and the individually wrapped items? I call bullsh*t here. They are refusing to give me my money back. Beware."

"Never received order. Took 2 weeks for them to respond. When they did, they were rude and unaccommodating. Refused to send another order, complete waste of money. Products I did get were cheap garbage. Literally stole my money. Trashy company with trashy people. Avoid at all cost!! Lowes has some great wallplates, much better than the dog sh*t this company makes. Plus their sales reps are all decent human beings. These people are low lives."

"I have been completing a full house makeover and have placed 3 different orders with this company. Each time the order has been accurate, products are exactly as expected, and delivery is fast. Prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. One order did have a stone switch cover (very fragile but look awesome) that came in damaged. All it took was a quick email and pic to the store customer service and they had a replacement in the mail asap. I have been very pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend this store. "I ordered the Elan Brushed Nickel Cast rocker and double rocker. The finish comes off when you install the screws by touching the plate at all with the screwdriver. You cannot return opened items, so these are garbage and a waste of money. I had also ordered the English Garden aged bronze rocker and duplex and they are absolutely beautiful and didn't get scratched at all. I wish there were a way to know which ones are good quality and which are poor quality. "

"I had ordered stone plates a few years ago with no issues. I needed three more and the first time I received them, each of the three plates were defective (large white splotches on the plates). They would not replace; instead I had to ship them back; wait for a refund; then to through the entire order process again (and pay extra for expedited shipping), and AGAIN they shipped splotched plates. "Wayne" n "customer service" insists that the splotches are a normal part of the finish but that is ridiculous. NO ONE would install these plates with large white splotches. They are not usable and I don't have the time or patience to go through ANOTHER return cycle. and the plates were over $15.00 each!"
