Worst service ever!!!

"Billings Bridge location in Ottawa!! Worst Experience ever!!! I went to this location for a clearance sale for McSWEENEY'S (Gluten Free) Cracked Black Pepper Beef Jerky 130g which was marked online as still in stock at this location. It took almost a half hour to figure out that there wasn't any left in stock so I asked for a substitute which the only thing close was jack links peppered beef jerky 80g. The older blonde lady that was helping me asked the store front manager Zarida if I could get a substitute which she agreed although the older blonde lady didn't ask her how many would I be allowed. So when I asked the older blonde lady how much I was allowed she lied to me and said that the manager only okayed the one pack when she never asked her how many in the first place. The other store in Carleton Place I went to previously gave me a substitute of 2 packs of Jack links 80g for the price of the McSWEENEY'S (Gluten Free) Cracked Black Pepper Beef Jerky 130g on clearance since there's almost double the amount in the bag on clearance. This other store front manager Katherine gave me a hard time argued with me made a scene saying she would only allow me the pack of jack links and would charge the same price as the McSWEENEY'S (Gluten Free) Cracked Black Pepper Beef Jerky 130g. I told her but the other store allowed me two jack links 80g bags for the price of the McSWEENEY'S (Gluten Free) Cracked Black Pepper Beef Jerky 130g since there's almost double in the pack she was very stubborn, argumentative and caused a scene and said this store is not Carleton Place. That it was all she was gonna do for me. Katherine and the older blonde lady were not professional at all and needs to learn etiquette in accommodating the customers, being truthful and showing respect they can always learn from their BOSS Zarida which was down to earth and friendly with me as well as ready to accommodate me. I'm never stepping foot in this store again I called up and spoke to Zarida to inform her what took place after she walked away and told her I was gonna leave a bad review and she said go ahead it will help the store out that these people will get corrected through leaving a bad review so here it is."

Costumer service experience.

"I love they have cheeper prices and the store, but costumer service is soooo bad, who cares about paying a bit more? The amount extra you may pay in another physical store or online stores like, amazon Is not worth the bad experience you have with walmart employees, I am sure there are some good ones, but probably 95% of them are just not interested in helping the costumer, is not even worth for me to explain all my bad experiences, believe me, that is not causality. Sorry walmart for my sincere explanation here, I would love to see you succeed but there is a lot of changes that need to be made, beginning with costumer service! Good luck!"

Walmart duped me

"I ordered a 55inch LG TV from Walmart which was ready for pickup the next day. I went to the Walmart morrow on Jonesboro rd to pick up the TV and on getting home I found out what was in the box was a 42inch TV which had some missing parts which wasn't what I ordered and then I took it back to Walmart for a refund.the manager refused to give me my refund saying that was how the TV came from the manufacturer. This is how I was duped of 435$. Pls always open up your pick-up and make sure it's what you ordered before you leave the store,I don't wish this bad luck on anyone. Don't go to Walmart in morrow ga. Uso"

BUYERS BEWARE of Walmart.com 3rd party sellers!!!

"I bought over the door hooks from walmart.com. Well, I thought 1 did. Seems it was a third party seller. Walmart took the money out of my account, but will not refund it. They got the money, but are claiming they won't refund me for buying from their website. Because it was a third party seller on their site. Since they took the $ out of my account, they should pay me back . The 3rd party seller was LITTLE RED LION, INC. Do not buy from them. Crooks who sell junk. To return the $11.93 items, it's gonna cost almost $10.00 to return them. I guess that's how they make their $. Selling & returning items. Restocking fees, returning fees, extra postage to return their cheap made in China junk. I shop online all the time & No More through
Walmart. com. They have lost my business due to letting me think I was buying from them when in reality, it wasn't them but a third party thief Buyers beware!

The worst experiences I had in the passed year shopping at your Stör or online

"I have health issues either I have have some one to take to store or shop online either way you guys made difficult for me and receiving my orders. I the 3 different store to pick up my items was either wrong location or something else i spoke to the managers at foothill ranch they promised me refound my money they have not.

HORRIBLE! JUST AWFULLY HORRIBLE!

"Walmart.com's customer service is by far the worse that I have EVER EXPERIENCED! I have never seen a company go out of their way to make their customers miserable and completely annoyed with them. I accidently got an item shipped to a store in another city. When I called customer service to fix the problem the representative inform me that the only thing she could do was cancel the order and give me a refund, which would take 5 to 10 business days, or I would have to travel to the other city to pick up my items, which by the way was 4 hrs away from where I live. How hard can it be to have the items shipped to the correct store? And considering that all of my items were in stock at my local store, why couldn't my local store pulled all of the items off the shelf and I pick them up? After the customer service representative got an attitude with me, she went on to informed me that it was my fault for not paying attention and choosing the wrong store. (BTW I chose the Greensboro instead of Greenville). Well 1st of all the I understand that it was my fault. 2nd of all it's your job to fix it that is why I called you. I have never been so angry and so **** off at Walmart in my life. I promise I will never shop using Walmart.com EVER AGAIN! I will use my local stores and Amazon.com before Wal-Mart.com gets ANY of my money!"

"I’ve been shopping at Walmart for many years and now lately I’ve started shopping online but please BEWARE it’s exactly like an internet SCAM please don’t order WALMART ONLINE I will never use this system again they have third party distributors named EEEKIT that will charge 20% restocking fees they will charge you for shipping they will tell you that if they can not reuse the outside shipping envelope they will not except it what a Rip-off "

"I would not recommend ordering anything to be delivered from Walmart.com They give you an early arrival date and it ends up coming 2 weeks later and there is no way to contact someone regarding any questions you have. Their Q&A section really does no good for any answers. "

"Ordered a pool and received wrong boxes, missing 1 of 3 and they told me to bring boxes back return and order again. Even ask to speak to management. And they said I could contact the manufacturer. Lol I will never shop at Wal Mart again. I flew in town to set up kids pool for them and get home and that's the customer support I got. What a way to start my vacation. "

wrongfully detained

"On april 4 at around 4pm at 9600 N Metro Pkwy W, I was wrongfully detained by the store worker and the police officer on a false accusation of shoplifting. It turned out that they misinterpreted my actions captured on store camera and thought that I stole a piece of underwear. What I actually did was measure the underwear in store against my own which I brought from home. Is this illegal? I had the same underwear ON ME at the moment when I was detained, how is this possible that I have same underwear as in my pocket, if I stole it? Is it magic or I'm just innocent? I bought SEVEN underpants and for some reason "stole" an additional one? Walmart doesn't even have this brand! I am an immigrant and I don't know US sizes yet. Or is this discrimination based on my nationality that I, a law abiding person, was detained? I was searched, camera footage was examined only to find out they were wrong about the accusation. The woman said: "You put underwear in your pocket, DON'T DO THAT". I'm sorry, is this illegal to put my own stuff into my pocket? No, I'll do whatever I want if it's not against the law, period. A law abiding person doesn't constantly have to behave in a way not to raise suspicion in people who can't study camera footage properly before making accusations. Presumption of innocence anyone? Then the police officer said: "If you commit a crime, your visa will be revoked". Well, somehow I already knew that, but why do I need to listen to this? Did I do anything wrong? Is there any evidence? No, so why are you telling this to a random person? Why do you give me so much stress out of thin air when I'm just going about my business? Did you know, officer, that if YOU commit a crime, you will go to jail? Oh you knew that? Ok, I'm just telling you this because I want to, lol. Then i was told I was free to go. I got no apology. This is absolutely disgraceful store personnel behaviour."
