The worst customer service!

"Ordered a gold bracelet for my son. When arrived it was too long for his wrist. I called to start the return, and during that call I found out that when checking out I accidentally typed .cim instead of .com for my email. Due to this they could not send me the return form and had no way of correcting the email address in their system. First rep hung up on me. The second rep said she would send a request to “the back room” to have my email address corrected. I was told to allow 24-48 for them to fix it. It has been 2 weeks, 7 phone calls later, and still nothing. Every time I call I go through the exact same process with each rep, and each rep tells me it will be fixed in 24-48 hours. On one phone conversation, the representative told me, before hearing my story, that my item was about to arrive at the facility and I would have my refund within the next week, but the item was still sitting on my desk in front of me… This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It looks like I will be stuck with a gold bracelet that my son can’t wear. It was his Christmas gift. I will never shop Walmart.com again. I suggest people use Amazon, or eBay instead."

"I will never ever do business with Walmart online anymore! How do they think it's ok to order 2 items but only receive 1 and the company doesn't even want to resolve their mistakes by either sending the missing item or refunding the balance instead of trying to keep the payments for 2 items but only give you 1???
The only response from them after 5 calls is you can dispute with your bank, and yes I did just that but it's been a week and still no resolution!!!

Absolutely Horrible

"Been using Walmart Plus and Delivery since last year and it just keeps getting worse. Something always missing from my order. Lately orders delayed, and then just cancelled. Customer service wants to offer a $10 promo code. Money takes forever to get put back onto card. Dave yourself the headache and use Amazon Prime and a different grocery store. "

Unauthorized charges totaling $214

"Woke up to 5 charges on my account totaling $214. The scammer tried to keep ordering but that was the limit on my card. Called Walmart to see what was going on and they were no help. DONOT KEEP YOU CARD INFORMATION ON WALMART.COM. I truly believe its a vendor who hacked my Walmart account. Why would some order $200 worth of Lysol from a Walmart vendor and ship it to my address and have 2 pickups in my name. This makes no sense. The only people to profit from this ordeal would of been the vendor the order was made at, Office Depot, llc pro seller. Be aware and never leave you cards on file because people are desperate out here and these corporations who allow them on their site don't care!!!!"

Walmart ****

"This is what I had to go through for dealing at walmart. I have been lied to and hung up on and I have not said one hateful word. I called the corporate office and get sent back to customer service were it starts all over again.
I have ordered online two
Dyna-Glo WK95C8 23,800 BTU Portable Indoor Kerosene Convection Heater
on order# 200010319968389 for $349.64, I ordered these items and in the special delivery instruction block I left the following "I am disabled and use a walker. I need this delivered to the back porch". This is not what happened. It was delivered by you delivery service down stairs in front of the garage. I have called customer service many times and have been lied to and hung up on many, many times. Again I was always calm. All I want is a full refund of the $349.64 for the mistake that your company's deliver system made in spite of the special instructions that I left on your order site that you all asked for.
I bet that if I had letters for a name and claimed that I am of the letters that I would get all kinds of help and resolution.
2.The order before this last order, there was also a disaster. Sep 22, 2022 order|
**As of 10/18/22 I called back to see where the escalation of my problem that they instant messaged me on a couple of days earlier. They told me that I would not get a refund and walmart will never do it.

On September 18, 2022, at approximately 12:15 PM, I entered Walmart # 01148 on Lawrence Road in Wichita Falls, Texas. There were two clothing racks inside the front door on the north side of the building. The rack on the west side had a sign, "Everything $1 Over ride at register."

A customer was asking a Walmart associate a question concerning the prices. After she finished, I asked, and the Walmart associate confirmed that everything on the west rack was $1.

I took three items marked $1 to the self-checkout counter. The first one rang up at $5. The shirt had two marked tags—one for $3 and a clearance tag for $1. I got the attention of an associate. He told me it was going to cost me $5.

After, I asked for a manager. The manager said the price was $3. I showed her the $1 tag. She answered that she did not care. I went to the rack, removed the sign, and showed it to the same manager. She repeated she did not care. I explained that to her I had bought two almost identical shirts Thursday for $1 each. She said that was Thursday, this is today.

I asked for another manager who rubber-stamped what the first manager said. Somewhere in the exchange, it was implied I had added the $1 tag. I had two shirts with the same logo. The second one did not have a $3 tag. It only had the $1 tag. I was told someone from apparel would have to approve the override. They were not going to call anyone from clothing for me. I taped the sign to some water bottles by the register and took a photo.

I went in search of someone who worked in the apparel department. After a few minutes of searching, I found an apparel associate. She told me she had been told earlier to reduce everything on that rack to $1. There appeared to be some tension concerning that rack before I arrived. She went with me to the register and told the checkout associate the three items I had were $1 each. (I was not the only person having problems with prices.) The associate who checked me out said he had overheard my conversation with the managers.

Attached is a photo of the sign, the shirt, the sales receipt, and a photo of the first manager.
All this should be a moot point because the shirt was clearly and professionally tagged for $1.

I believe this situation is covered in the Texas Penal Code, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA)

Walmart used to have a "Price Match Policy." Recently I found two identical items with different prices on them at Walmart. I was going to be charged different prices for the same item. I left the higher-priced item at check out.

The computers in Walmart have been raising prices before the old prices were raised on the shelves. Walmart now ignores the prices on the shelves.

Defective chair

"I had ordered 4 outdoor chairs. The next day delivery was wonderful. I was not at home but the chairs were left stacked in front of my door.
Upon unstacking the chairs I found that one chair was defective (the back was not straight. It tilts to the side .)
Later, after I had already had a very mediocre experience with customer service which left me with that chair, I unwrapped the plastic from the legs. None were absolutely perfect (but most were acceptable) but one chair is going to need a good coat of rustoleum! Paint scratched off down to the metal. Would never have purchased that chair if I had seen it in person (nor would I have purchased the defective ly made chair).
Will think very hard and weigh my options carefully before I purchase anything other than something like boxed diapers from Walmart.com.

NEVER AGAIN!

"Terrible experience. I ordered window shades that were way too short so I returned them 10 days ago by mail. Apparently they never received it. Customer service assured me that I would receive a call within 20 minutes from customer service and shipping department. That was 6 hours ago. Should have ordered from Amazon. Lesson learned. Will never do business with Walmart again."
