"We checked are business account before going out to make a purchase and found out that Walmart.com took $764.23. We never made a purchase for anything. We have called several times and they keep telling us they are canceling the order and we have to wait for the 3rd party seller that is fake and. The tracking number they gave us is not going to our home because we have a usps account and everything that is scanned in is sent a email and and a text message and also put into our usps account. So they are all telling us a different store every time. Then telling us we need to call our bank and launch an investigation and the bank said, Walmart needs to return money and they keep coming up with lies. Do not order off Walmart.com they will have your credit card our bank accounts comprised. No one can even get there story ( THAT IS WHAT IT IS A STORY) straight from our bank. THE COMPANY IS INACTIVE AND IS FALSE AND THEY GAVE US ALL FALSE INFO AMD WANT TO CONTINUE SAYING WE ORDERED THIS AND WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR MONEY BACK AND IT IS COSTING OUR BUSINESS AND ALSO OUR FAMILY. IT IS NOW CAUSING DAMAGES TO OUR BUSINESS AND OUR FAMILY. "
"I bought a eGift card and Walmart.com and Walmart customer service can not locate the gift card in their system and the money has been deducted from my bank account. You let 8 identical items that cost $177.52 each charge to my bank account. 4 charges placed om 4/6/2022, 4 charges placed on 4/7/2022. I contacted you on 4/6/2022 about the first four charges and told you that this was obvious fraud. You told me you took care of it. You emailed me you took care of it. YOU LIED! All this tells me is your word is no good. I had those same charges added to my bank account on 4/6/2022 added again on/4/7/22.
I called today and I was told they could not do anything about it. Why have a fraud department if you cannot do anything about it? You make no sense at all. Did you ever check the delivery address? I got an email from Walmart.com saying you delivered those packages, of course when I checked they were not delivered to my address which you have on file. You did not check the delivery address either for my account? How can anybody trust you? I could care less about your fraud policy because you do not do anything and allow this happen twice. I told you about the fraud, you did nothing, you did not check the delivery address, you let the same thing happen twice. Why have a fraud department if you do not do anything to prevent fraud! You need to shut down this department because you do not help customers, you help yourself to the customers money.
By the way, me on my wife live on Social Security and both disabled. We live month to month on Social Security on the little money we get with a lot of doctor bills to pay. I HOPE YOUR PROUD you have now gave us negative balance in our checking account and we have not yet reached the middle of the month!
I will be sending a copy of this letter to the Better Business Bureau and to Walmart Corporate.

Hello my name is ramzi attouleh account number bussniss name luxury choice, Walmart terminated my accounting saying I violated Walmart.con policy without giving me any reason or explanation, I been trying to get hold of Coustomer service over 3 months I have no luck they took off the option from my account to be able to contact Coustomer service , they froze my account, my account had $130,000,000 thousand in it , they start refunding Coustomer right and left without giving me the option to appeal for chargeback , any Coustomer was emailing our company for any question Walmart was automatically refunding them the full order , the minuma order we had around $500+ after long 4 months of Walmart refunding Coustomer right and left even though the Coustomer had the item and it was delivered to them , they still went against any company policy and give there Coustomer free product and free money from our pocket , now our account shows we have $68,168.76 fund available, Walmart still haven’t send us any money to our bank account, and we have no option of contacting them , there scamming seller on there website there doing it worse than amzaon.con and trying to get away with it , I need my money to be send yo my bank account immediately, of our next option is to seek legal action small court claim and ask for triple of the amount because Of all the damged Walmart.con has caused us and our business and life style I hope Walmart.con see this and send our money immediately to our bank account before we take legal action "

"I went shopping with my mom .I wanted to pay for her stuff so I added them to my things. The cashier packed the stuff very quickly. She stated the total as $121.00 I gave her $200.00 she did the process and gave me my change and receipt. I did not count my money or look at my receipt like I should have. When I got home I checked my money to find I was short changed of 20.00. I should have gotten $80.00 yet I got $60.00. "I ordered some items from Walmart grocery. 2 of the items were shipped to me by Fed Ex. One of them was a multipack of Friskiest Cat food in cans. Well, the cans were leaking and the box was wet, smelly and nasty inside. Any reasonable person would know a spoiled, damaged or defective food item before packaging it, right.
