"From this day forward I will no longer shop with Walmart. I bought a 60" 4K TV online cyber Monday. They told me to pick it up in the store same day... Then get a email stating they're verifying payment that take 48 hrs. Get there, no t.v in stock nowhere!!!! Now I got to wait for them to put money back on my card that they shouldn't have taken unless they knew the TV was in stock. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! They couldn't even match the price when the manager said they'll order more!! Also told by Walmart.com that even though they say it's in stock and they take your money they still can sell your item in the store, unless you call them to put it to the side!!! What's the purpose of pick up at the store?"

"I purchased an item from Walmart.com and selected the expedited shipping for 1-3 days delivery so I could receive my items before Christmas. I received the email of my order shortly after the purchase and tracked my order immediately and it said it wouldn't be delivered until 9 days from my purchase. I will NEVER purchase from Walmart's website again. They clearly do not honor what they are advertising and in an email response this is what I was told;

As far as I'm concerned, regardless of whether or not it's a UPS problem, I should receive a refund of the expedited shipping charge since it was not honored at all whatsoever!
I have received everything else I've ordered online from other companies like Amazon and Target with no problems and guess what? It was delivered by UPS!
I've decided that I will not ever buy from this website again and I will also make a point of sharing my experience with everyone.

"I hate shopping at Walmart in store because of their horrible customer service and so I choose to shop online through WalMart but never again. I placed an online order through Walmart.com and after placing and paying for the order it states my item will arrive by Friday, December 23rd. I called their contact # to find our information on conflicting shipping information because Walmart still said Dec 23rd for delivery but UPS said Dec 27th. When I asked why Walmart lies to their customers online, I was put on hold and eventually disconnected. "Paid an extra $50 to make sure that I would have my item in time for Christmas. The item didn't arrive when it was supposed to and all the tracking will tell me is delivery is 'pending'. Walmart.com customer service is completely useless, they say the 3rd party is responsible. The 3rd party isn't any better. Walmart uses Third Party companies for almost all online shopping. The Third Parties either do not ship the products, or are outright violating consumers via deceptive and fraudulent business practices!!!!

"This company is not even really Walmart, yet they use the name and you can return the stuff they send you BROKEN and not even packed well, and then say they won't even repair or send a replacement. They said they are not even actually Walmart, but just have a business agreement to allow to return items to stores for refund. "I will never ever purchase anything at Walmart ever again. I purchased a ping pong table on November 27th (after Black Friday). I was told it would arrive December 5th. I got an email saying it was delayed but didn't give any details on when it would come. I called Walmart.com evert day to get some answers and was told it would come December 13th after many attempts. December 13th came and left and no ping pong table. I called again and they told me that the ping pong table was lost in transit and they were unable to send me another ping pong table because it was out of stock!!! Why would you sell me a ping pong table that's out of stock! I bought a ping pong table, why would they sell it to someone else? I requested to speak to a manager who dodged the responsibility by lying and telling me that it is in transit and will come within 3 days. Within 3 days I got an email saying that the shipment arrived and was available for pickup. I went to pick it up and the lady at Walmart told me that my order was cancelled and that they never received my shipment. She then proceeded to tell me that she sees missing orders and messed up orders on a daily basis. I then called you Walmart.com again and they told me that they didn't understand the notes in my file and told me that a manager would call me within 24 hours and I never received a call. Instead, I got an email saying I was refunded my money.
I have never seen worse management in my life. The people who work at Walmart.com are completely incompetent and this is unacceptable from a company of their sizes. We are now less than a week away from Christmas and I don't know how I'm going to get a ping pong table shipped in time. I was a fool to think I could rely on walmart. Never again. "
"I ordered a New 3DS ( black edition) on black friday for $99. What happened was an atrocious retail nightmare so I'll just relay what I had to email Wal-mart corporate.
Around Black Friday I placed an order for the $99 New Nintendo 3DS ( the black) for my nephew. A day later my Walmart.com was hacked and the hacker closed the account completely as I was unable to sign in my email and password. Reps confirmed this. This happened RIGHT after I had spoken to a rep about my order. Walmart of course claims there is no hack, however, I deal with computers often and had no security vulnerabilities on my end. Wal-mart.com reps had NO ability at all to help me with this issue. As a result I had to cancel my card and re-order.
Fast forward to me restoring the account on my own and re-ordered the item in the nick of time, on November 27th. The order ever since then has been processing. I must have contacted 15 representatives, all of which had NO clue what they were doing on Walmart.com. I am not alone in this issue. There are now countless social media threads communicating this same problem, with us getting nowhere no matter how much we escalate it. Folks just want to get the order for the $99 black friday price, and receive the order. That is it! But this does not seem to be happening, as reps will say countless confusing things, such as to cancel and re-order ( which we cannot; the item is out of stock and also we would have to re-order at the $150 price! Not right).
I explained to Wal-mart escalation that the item I ordered at the black friday price is to be fulfilled AT that price. Not the raised price, as that is what I ordered it for.
Also, another issue that plagues Walmart.com is the inability of reps to help you change your payment card once you have already ordered because Wal-mart does not charge you until the item ships. Yet no rep could do this simple task for me after my card canceled, nor could the system. If Walmart.com wants to compete with other online retailers, I implore you to fix these issues. The absolute ridiculous hoops I had to jump for this one order are crazy. I just simply want the item for Christmas in a timely manner so that I know I will not have to order elsewhere for Christmas. Please.
As of the time of this writing, it has taken from Nov 27th-Dec. 16th to even get the item SHIPPED. It just received a shipping label last night. Joy. I still don't have the item. I had gotten a call from the escalation team about the issue. I literally had to try and talk to Wal-mart corporate as NO ONE in the company could or would fix the issue otherwise. Jesus Christ. A major re-haul needs to be done in this company.
Walmart.com has a HUGE breach in their security as well--I would seriously NOT store your cards on there after what I have seen.
