"I ordered a Haier Roku TV and they sent me a refurbished Element TV.
I'm going to try to get my money back. I've seen reviews online of people who received the wrong item and couldn't get their issue resolved. If they don't resolve my issue, I'll have an inferior TV without warranty."
"I have used Walmart.com three times since October. Each time I have sworn never to do it again as "excruciating" describing the experience would be an understatement. Walmart.com also has a peculiarity to it that, just because it says it's available today, it may not be on the shelf. I learned this the hard way. This time I needed a bilge pump and wanted to be sure I got the right one. I ordered the selection and waited a couple hours before going to the store. When I got there...no one at the desk. When I finally tracked someone down they had the wrong item. The employees were extremely confused so I ended up pulling the item from the shelf myself and brought it back to the desk. Then they couldn't find the order! No one could even let me have my item. After asking for a manager and waiting forever I was told by him there was nothing he could do and I could either pay for the item again or could wait. I was told I had to call Walmart.com for a refund. Well I tried to process the refund online but that didn't work. I finally chatted with a CSR on the website as there seems to be no phone listed. She assured me the refund would be processed within two days. The next day I got a call from the Asst Mgr at the Causeway Blvd store saying I needed to come in for a refund or would have to wait 5 to 10 days for it! Come on!!!!!! I went to the store where she tried to talk me into taking the item and had me jog through the store after waiting about a half hour for her. The refund process took another 10 minutes. Need I say that water torture would be more pleasant. Spend the extra money somewhere else if you value your time, gas and sanity."
"I purchase a tv one week ago, still don't have it and did it as a pick up. its suppose to be here today so I go online and track it after calling 10 times to the store and online and shipping company to see if it arrives yet., I just went online again, they say you can pick up on the 12th but not ready or at the store till the 15th, what type of business is that. first and last time I ever order anything from Walmart. we are better off with amazon and at least the tracking numbers and info on the order is real . no more and never giving you guys any type of business again,"
"I placed an order and received a tracking number from Walmart that is has been shipped, excited as it appear that the order will be delivered in time, NO. Subsequent to receiving the e-mail I followed up with the shipping company, which keep on informing that the product has not been scanned yet. After 3 days the shipping company informed me that the product has not been picked up yet. So I call Walmart customer service, yes, they acknowledge, the track number send to me via e-mail is invalid...REALLY why did you then send it. I was informed that they would need 3 - 5 business days to investigate, O and because it is indicated on the system that the product has been shipped, I can also not cancel the order anymore, can only cancel it once I have received it....how is that possible that the only person at the short end of the stick is the consumer...Walmart has their money and can take as long as they want to resolve / investigate the matter. Needless to say, I don't think I will EVER use Walmart online. Not sure how you run a business if they don't know where their inventory is...."
"Saw a phone on sale at Walmart. com with the option of store pickup at my nearby store. The website showed the item is in stock. Placed order using a gift card I had.After sometime got call from store that item is not available and order was cancelled. But the money was not refunded to the gift card so that I can buy it again and ship the phone to my address. No way to cancel the site to store order online. Contacted walmart.com but they cannot issue a refund as the store has to do the refund. Called store many times, put on hold, transfered and disconnected. My money is stuck in a limbo and I hope to get a refund to my gift card which one CSR told me take 5 days. I will never try store pick up option again"
"Grandson's birthday is on Monday Paw Patrol Mission Chase was supposed to have been here since Friday it's now Saturday. So I sent an email to Walmart they responded saying that it would be 3 to 10 days before we got our mission Paw Patrol Chase for our grandson and so we decided to call, whoever it was answered hung up on my fiance then when I called they told me that it wasn't even going to be 3 to 10 days since the item was no longer in stock so now we have to cancel the order and find something else for my grandson. Now keep in mind his birthday is on Monday I don't think it's fair that they never even let us know ahead of time so that we could try to find something else or at least cancel the order in time so that the money could be released back to the card so that I could find something else for him right away. Footnote now we have to wait 3 to 5 business days from Monday which is my grandson's birthday before that money is released back to the card so now we're up the money from the card the mission Paw Patrol Chase and my grandsons birthday is probably not going to be as great as we wanted it to be. So Thanks a lot Walmart. For ruining a special occasion."
"I bought two bikes that took me a whole day to assemble. The more I put pics together the more defects and issues the bikes presented. I called them and they only offer to get me two new bikes so what I needed to do was break them apart again, somehow manage to put them in their tiny boxes and drag them on the streets of Manhattan to a post office to return them and wait with crossed fingers to get a replacement of two very likely damaged bikes. When I said no thank you, I prefer you sent someone help me replace the parts (a service they offered online) they said they couldn't do that. I finally accepted a stupid 20% off my purchase. Thank you Walmart for making this a very unpleasant experience. "
"I ordered some items from Walmart, the estimated delivery time was about 5 days. Now this is not to bad, but it took 5 days to get from South Caroline to Edison NJ by Fed-Ex. It sat in the Fed-Ex Smartpost according to the tracking, overnight and was than sent to the local Post Office in Passaic NJ. Now this is at best a 45 min. drive, but it took another 3 days to arrive at Passaic NJ, from Edison NJ, where it sat for another 2 1/2 days for the post office to deliver. Wow, am I glad I did not take the free shipping it would have taken even longer. "
"My mother is 80 years old and can't drive anymore, she can't get a notice in her mail box saying that she needs to go to the Post office and pick up an item that wont fit in her box. when I place an order for her, I need to know what a carrier other than USPS is going to deliver it to her doorstep. "value shipping" said to arrive a week and a half after I place an order doesn't cut it. Walmart used to offer shipping options, WTF happened. I hate when some clueless cone-head high up in a corporation makes a change that totally F's things up. Walmart, you just lost an online shopping customer

"I ordered 2 Roku Tv'S from Walmart.Com to pick up at my local store and they said there were 2 in stock so I placed the order which they put am authorization on my card for 430 dollars and I told my two young children that daddy was going to pick up their tv's tomorrow and they were very excited. I woke up to a text the next day saying sorry your order was canceled because these items were out of stock which crushed my kids and kept over 400 dollars out of reach for almost 2 weeks until my bank decides to release the authorization. I then contacted walmart.Com which was useless. I am not rich and could have used my money back right away which really put me in a bins but walmart does not care they have a million other customers. Well they have one less now because I am boycotting walmart in my house."

So I cancelled the order and refund my money but I haven't received from Walmart.com and Walmart store. No refund money until now 02/20/2016 for four months very disturbing . "I would like to shop at Walmart but it is impossible when there are not enough carts in the store at DeZavala Road and I10W in San Antonio TX unless you shop between the hours of 11 pm and 8:30 am. There are a large amount of disabled and/or seniors who would like to shop at Walmart but cannot walk the entire store. "

"My first Order was said to be "lost" in the mail according to one Wal-Mart rep. Another said it was because they sold out if the item. When I wanted to place the order again, like they advised me to do. I called first to get the price match and expedited shipping for free. Then gentleman told me to place the order and then he'd refund the difference all while I was on the phone. After I placed the order he says direct quote "oh no, Hannah" and then precedes to tell me he can not help me and gives me the phone number to the business whose items it is. I called and they were closed. I called Wal-Mart a second time and got hung up on instead of transferred. The third time I finally talked to the supervisor, Shirley, who was no sort of customer service herself. All she said is that she is a consumer too and understands and that a lot of websites are like Wal-Mart's. well that's false. She mentioned Amazon, but Amazon actually takes a care of payments and returns for other corporations that sell on there. She was unhelpful and tries to tell me anything to get me off the phone. That's not customer service. That's not resolving the issue, when my money went to Wal-Mart.com. that's who should be refunding me when I ask... Just like other websites. "
"So i went to get a battery core refund at the service desk, but on my way to Walmart the receipt flew out of the motorcycle. Even though i provided the date and time of my purchase they were still unable to refund me. This would not have upset me if the battery was not advertised at $39, then later have to pay extra for not turning in an old battery. This is easily justified as false advertising, and a stress causing conflict. also Walmart **** in general and they constantly put small businesses under while using slave labor in other counties to make there prices lower for fat Greedy Americans. and as a side note, the staff there seems depressed and sad because the company with billions of dollars still underpay employees and give no benefits, so why don't you use american Product, that is not made from slave labor... Dicks!"
