"Don't buy from walmart online to pick up at store. i went to store to pick up my heater and mountain view store could never find it. Forced me to cancel the order. After more than a month, Walmart has yet to give my money back. Call online and told me to go to store. I want to store and tell me to call online. no body takes responsibility. i have spent no less than 6 hr staying in line at the store and on the phone. "

"I made an order on Jan 5th 2015. It was to be delivered between the 12-16th. I started tracking as of the 16th and it only showed that it was shipped. I wanted to cancel this order but was told I couldn't by Walmart. It is the 26th and I still have no help. They said I had to call the retailer (The Marketplace) and gave me a number. I have called Walmart 3 times and then tried to call Marketplace (which answered as "eforcity") 3-4 times. Walmart customer care was no help. Eforcity doesn't answer and won't accept voice mails. I emailed but this order is lost and I still can't get help. Majorly disappointed in Walmart."

"Very disappointed in the way Walmart showed and advertised this product. The 50$ gift card showing as a Refund Bonus and you cannot read the fine print. There's no explanation on this refund terms and conditions I had to Google HR Block refund bonus, you must get a federal refund then buy a 500$ gift card in order to get 50$. Be carefull very deceptive ad. I called Walmart and they said take it up with HR Block. I said why would you allow a very deceptive ad like that. They said there is nothing they can do. Buyer Beware."

"I placed an order on Walmart.com to be shipped to the store on December 26. It was supposed to have arrived by January 12. I got an email on January 13, the day AFTER it was supposed to arrive saying that my order was delayed. It is currently January 17 and I still have not received my order. Every time I go to the store to see if they have it, they tell me that I can track it it online. The tracking information has not been updated in over a week. How is that supposed to help me?! Also when I got the email telling me my order was delayed they could not give me an updated time frame of when my order would arrive. Seriously furious. Never order from walmart.com. You will never see your order!"

"I chose to ship to store thinking it might be faster this way, now it has been like 2 weeks and the order is not ready for pick up, it was shipped 10 days ago, but not yet ready for pick up, I would assume that it has already arrived to the pick up store but not processed because come on, no shipping method would take longer than 10 days, not happy with the slow slow shipping and processing, I could have ordered from china if I want to wait a month come on walmart, learn from Amazon."

"20150113 Ordered a nine dollar item two weeks ago. Was notified by email it was ready to pickup. Gave spouse email receipt with special scan to pick it up. Two officious ladies refused because she wasn't on the pickup list. Spouse offered picture id for proof of address in a community property state. Still was refused. Had to make a special trip to pick up item myself. I will remember this crap, the sales tax, the shipping charges, and gas expense for a very long time before ordering this way as opposed to a true service oriented internet company. Interesting that they open the box without your permission."

"Very easy to say to a customer that your order is cancelled and refunded the money while i don’t want to cancel it and send the product to me.

I placed an order for 2 tablecloths online for pickup and i went to pick up couple days back and someone at walmart.compick-up center handed over me 2 placemat instead. I showed the order what i placed and he saying he is allowed to give me based on some item number on the order which is matching placemat. I checked the same item i ordered in-store while i am there and its available in-store.
Today i called a customer support rep and she was not ready to help and instead she was insisting me to cancel the order saying she checked with the store and product is unavailable in-store.

What about the time i spend driving to walmart to pickup my item and the gas?

Now i created case and this is the response i got.

"I got Samsung galaxy avant cellphone for Christmas.I went to CALL Rolling meadows location to exchange but Herry from electronics said no problem ill exchange the phone just bring it in.the customer service refuse to exchange the phone for me since i didn't have a receipt.The phone i got is defect phone it turns off on its own when I'm using the phone.The supervisor Roniel refused to exchange without a receipt.He wasn't professional/rude...

"since walmart has completely neglected our claim on our childrens health that we filed through Travelers Insurance, an insurance company on behalf of one of their distributors, I have no choice but to post this everywhere I can now!

Hi Mitch this is Felipe Im sorry I missed your call. After discussing this issue with my wife we have arrived at an answer for you.
When Walmart grossly neglected their merchandise by allowing it to sit on the shelf for over 4 months past its best by date of 6/16/14, then sold it to us, they endangered our health but much worse our three innocent childrens. When we confronted the store after unknowingly consuming the moldy product and diuretic repercussions, they further misconducted themselves with arrogant aggression and no remorse, yet later still acknowledged and validated our claim by assuring us they had removed all similar product off their shelves in multiple stores.
When we spoke with Sedgwick on behalf of Walmart, the claims adjuster Sue attempted to infer that it was my fault for not checking the label to see the best by date, while simultaneously trying to assure me that a best by date does not mean the product is bad or that the company has any legal obligation to remove the product from the shelf by said date... by the end of the conversation she said she would call us back after she obtained the pictures we gave Tara, and the pictures the store was taking, yet later when they learned we had been in contact with legal advice, they decided to dismiss the claim all together, based on us having an attorney (which was untrue), as well as the lack of evidence (that we had surrendered to asst.manager Tara, but had obviously been destroyed/ disposed of) and instead have placed the responsibility on Klondike for this problem.
Due to the gross neglegence that caused our childrens health to be compromised and ultimately led to illness, we are asking $1500 per child and $500 for my wife as compensation by way of punitive damages for all the hardships, mistreatment and neglect our family has undergone and been put through by this life threatening incident, and any unforseen repercussions we could suffer as a result of Walmarts underhanded business practices.

"I ordered from walmart.com and put in gift cards that I had gotten for a baby shower. They took a whopping 200 dollars out of my account and didnt take the giftcards after the order was processed. I tried to cancel a part of my order for this reason and they refunded me the wrong part of the order. They only refunded me 35 dollars. I called customer service and they said it would be at least 7 business days before the financing department would get back to me. I will never do business with walmart ever again. I recently got a pack and play from there is a gift and I will be returning it and buying from somewhere else. "

"I uploaded 4 photos to walmart.com to print and one photo of my mother (who recently passed away) to be put in a Christmas ornament. I selected for the order to be delivered to my house. The delivery date said it would be delivered BY Dec. 15th. I thought this was great because the ornament was a Christmas present for my grandmother (my mother's mother). It is now the 29th of December and I still have not received my order. I had to go out and buy a new present for my grandmother because of this issue. I've contacted walmart.com customer service (only through email because they don't have a # to call listed on their website) and the only response I get is for me to be patient the order is still processing and sorry for the inconvenience. I've contacted them several times and that's all they will say. Yet the money has already been taken out of my account. This is horrible service. No one will give me an idea on when to expect my order or how to get a refund. I've never had such bad customer service in my life. "

"We ordered our photos to be printed on walmart.com and selected an option to pick them on from our near by walmart store.
We uploaded our photos on walmart.com and completed the order.
It said it would take 2 weeks to complete the order. We couldn't canceled the order because it said the order had already been processed and it couldn't be canceled.
Walgreens on the other hand prints them ready in a couple of hours from online.
Not just photos , walmart.com is a horrible place to purchase online.
