"Chose all $95 glasses, the pick 5 try at home kit came in about a week. The quality of the product however is not good. All 5 styles I picked felt of less quality than under $25 Foster Grants sunglasses you can buy almost anywhere these days. I can honestly also say that 2 pair were such poor quality that cheap Dollar store $4-$6 sunglasses felt of better quality.
I appreciate the home try on kit and that turnaround seems to be pretty quick, they budget ship First class, so those in a pinch and needing glasses may not like this too much, but for sunglasses it is fine.
I liked every styles look but poor quality of the sunglass frames, and i chose a good variety of styles.
Price is awful for quality. $95+ for almost all styles."

Received someone else's glasses. Chatted with customer service. They stated "sorry about that".
They started up new order all over again. No offer to expedite new order. Gave me postage paid USPS 1st class print off by email to send the mistake glasses back to them. I sent glasses back to them on Friday which they received on Monday. Interesting that they send their customers their orders by snail mail but send back their mistake orders to themselves by first class postage (apparently customers are not their main priority!!!)
2nd order took 7 days to receive. Total of 21 days had gone by before glasses finally arrived.
I have used this company in the past and they are definitely having problems. Would think twice before using them
Update:
1/29/2017 sent glasses in to have free lens replacement due to scratches. The scratch resistant lenses are terrible. Very poor quality. They told us to put the glasses in any old glass case and send them back to them. They paid for shipping. They stated they would ship them back to us in a new case. They sent them back in the case we shipped them in. I taped the case up to keep it from opening during shipping . They just threw them back in a box with no padding and the glasses were flopping around all over the place. Very poor. Will be sending another pair in shortly to replace the scratched lenses. Quality has gone down. Will not be using this company again "
"Wow, just received my 2 pair of glasses and guess what? I got the frames without prescription glasses. Really? They stored my prescription on their website. Apparently, they don't check if the items they sent out are correct. I am extremely disappointed."
"Poor service! I paid $35 for the expedited service which quoting their website “Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET will be delivered by the end of the next business day”. My order has placed on line Monday evening, which is before 1 PM Tuesday. When on Tuesday evening I did not receive any indication that my glasses were shipped I called Warby Parker. I was told twice that since my order was placed after 1 PM on Monday it did not qualify for the expedited service. I did not expect my order to be delivered on Tuesday since I missed the 1 PM deadline on Monday, but the order was placed before the 1 PM deadline on Tuesday so my glasses should have been delivered by Wednesday. Their website is inaccurate. I hope that the glasses are worth it and that the accuracy regarding their information about the charities they fund is better than the shipping information on their website."
