"A number of times now their site has said they have stock of an item and I've placed an order expecting delivery in a few days. Upon inquiring after the expected delivery date, they've stated that the product is out of stock and not expected for another week. Call them after a week because it hasn't arrived and they say it'll be next week, etc. etc.. I desperately needed the equipment I ordered from them last time so I requested for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. 2 months later I still don't have my refund and none of my emails to them inquiring about the refund have had any response from them. Very very poor service."
