"I must say there was great and quick communication with Niki. At first they told me they only had used versions of the circuit board I needed. Then they kept me abreast of when it was shipped and it arrived quite quickly (especially considering I paid an extra $28.00 to speed up delivery). The problem arose when I installed the part. It was defective and did not work. I advised Niki of the issue and she advised me to return it for a refund. There is a lot of strange paperwork required by the customs department to ship the part back and once all was said and done, it was going to cost me $60 to return a $65 part which apparently they didn't test in the first place as there was ZERO possibility it was damaged in shipment. If you are in the United States, I would stay away from this company. They made quite a profit off me for a part that was defective in the box. Once I told them how much it would cost to return the item, there was absolutely NO MORE communication from them. Interesting since they had responded within less than 24 hours previouslly."
"Shipment took around 34 days but the product is brand new and sealed, As advertised and most importantly, working perfect.
I recommend because of the good price just notice the medium-long arrival time from Singapore."
"Ordered a product, got the runaround for 5 months then filed a claim with PayPal and they denied me my money- I NEVER EVEN GOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED! Biggest scam ever don’t EVER BUY FEOM THIS PLACE! "
"After 3 weeks waiting for an order (from 5 to 10 days they assure that it takes time to arrive) and not respond to any of the emails that I have sent, or through the contact option of their website, I have been forced to file a claim by Paypal."
"After being scammed with a knockoff fan for a GT70 fan on aliexpress(they send me a 0.25a fan instead of 0.65.)
I saw the same fan on WareSphere same parts numbers on the photo, so checked and damn again a Chinese retailer so I send them a mail asking if the part was really what I was looking for.
So here is what they send me in a email.
"Hello dear,

He doubled the price instead of answering the question, my guess is I dodged a bullet as he would probably have send me the same knockoff fan."
"Since the local Dell agent in Qatar was unable to assist, I went online & found the unit I needed stocked by WareSphere.
Because shipping to Qatar can be problematic due to their requirements for documentation, I had it shipped to a separate courier service in the USA where I hold an account and crossed my fingers that it would arrive.
WareSphere used FEDEX and supplied the tracking details so I was able to follow the parcel all the way. It arrived safely in Qatar in less than 10 days after ordering and on opening the parcel I was very impressed with the protective packaging, which was better than most items I ship for my work.
Keyboard was exactly as described and is now installed and working on my laptop. Score 10/10"
"I ordered a replacement Laptop motherboard from WareSphere.com
Not long after placing an order I recieved an email asking me to confirm that the model board I ordered was _exactly the one that I wanted_, and that -they had confirmed on their end they had the right one-.
After waiting for international shipping I was dismayed upon opening the box to find that they had sent a somewhat similar, but wholly incompatible motherboard which had a different part number, a different incompatible onboard gpu, and an output which wouldn't support the Full-HD monitor of my laptop.
When contacted after the item arrived they stated that they had supply problems, despite the fact thier website listed more than 15 of the correct model availible, and the closest similar listing for the part they sent having a lower price, that they considered it an "upgrade" and they refused to accomidate an exchange even after they admitted to having misrepresented the item sold.
I would advise everyone to not do business with this company, as they can not be trusted to deal honestly in good faith."
"I purchased a computer screen that arrived defective. I thought I was dealing with a US firm, but found it had been shipped from China. Paypal required that I return it with a tracking code, but this would have required using DHL, UPS or some similar organization, which would have cost more than the original part. I sent it using USPS which does not provide tracking to China. Waresphere did not dispute receiving the part, but since I shipped it without a tracking number, Paypal would not refund my money. In short, because I found myself unknowingly dealing with a Chinese merchant, I was screwed. "
"Ordered a dell motherboard, according their website , it was on stock. After 14 days of waitingI asked seller. They send me en email, teht motherboard isn´t in stock and promised me to return all money. Waiting next week and nothing happens. So I involved PayPal buyer protection and then unfotunatelly I recived my money back. Now I visited the sellers web and they are still offering mothorboard and it is still on sotck. So be carefull with this company."
"I ordered a Dell motherboard and then Waresphere sent me an email (which went to my junk email folder and thus took me a while to notice) that said that they wanted pictures of my original motherboard as well as the service tag number to confirm my order. Once they received these, they said they would process may order. I suspect that this may be a tactic to: 1) Receive images that they can then use to improve their website, 2) Give themselves more time to obtain a similar motherboard from a recycled computer. I my case, I did not appreciate the delay. My expectation is that they should have a working and tested motherboard in their inventory. We'll see if they do come through quickly with a working motherboard...
Well It's now 4/5/2017 and I received the Motherboard today. It worked - but it turns out that swapping out a Dell motherboard also requires you to know about the BIOS configuration. I had to learn the hard way how to configure the new motherboard's BIOS so that the motherboard would recognize and boot off of my old HDD (Hint: Enable "Secure Boot" in the BIOS's boot tab and the system will figure itself out). I shared my problem with WareSphere and they were responsive, helpful, and confident that their product was good - which it turned out to be.
So, basically, a thumbs up for Waresphere."
"My beloved laptop Dell xps15 give up after a hard short life. The video chip on the MB burnt out, I found a new item on the WareSphere website and ordered it. Within 4 days the new item arrived only to find out after installation that it did not work. After a couple of email exchanges with WareSphere I could return the item and would receive another one.....hmmm. I wasn't that convinced, however, a week later a received my (second) Dell XPS motherboard and I'm happy as a mouse.............It's working.
Now only waiting for my postal refund as promised by WareSphere."
"My order shipped quickly and arrived in an excellent condition."
