"I ordered the single mattress for my daughter it has been 8 days but I still haven’t received it yet while the bed i I ordered with different site already got it in 3 days. I should have read the reviews before I order it. Never ever order anything from this website."

"For Christmas my wife bought me a pair of headphones. In the description it states “used, mint condition “. The right ear piece was totally broken and I mean busted up. No one ever looked to see this. So discouraged. Would never trust this company at all. "
"Rented a textbook and it arrived with old water damage - still in usable condition so we kept it for the semester. It was only used twice and kept on a bookshelf for most of the term. Was returned on time, in same condition as received - we were just charged $145 for the book for WATER DAMAGE!!!! This was a used textbook to begin with and was shipped to us in this condition! Likely the previous renter was charged full price too from what I am reading here. There is no contact information for this company anywhere. We will be disputing this charge - regardless of their little rental return policies on their agreement."
"Ordered 88 key weighted piano. Never delivered! 6 weeks later. No keyboard!"
""Warehouse Deals, Inc" - a third party seller on Amazon.com (NOT Amazon Warehouse Deals, which is different) - is apparently still scamming people as they did with me this week. Bought a Samsung tablet - not only did they send the wrong one, it was made to deliberately look like the item that was described on amazon in the correct (damaged) box and everything... like I wasn't going to notice the crappy tablet they sent me??
Well, there's no seller page (anymore) and no way to contact them through amazon. There's no "contact seller" info. Disgraceful! How are these scammers still managing to do business and have their profile on amazon!?!? Why doesn't Amazon step in and remove them??
Contacted Amazon for a refund - obviously a hassle.
Also, as of this morning if you look at the complete thridparty/marketplace sellers list there is no "Warehouse Deals, Inc" listed. But! A new - brand new - seller "Pro Warehouse Deals, Inc" has popped up. No info, no products listed, it shows it as a brand new, just launched seller. HMMMMMMMMMM.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say if you've been scammed or know someone who has been scammed by "Warehouse Deals, Inc" on Amazon DO NOT BUY FROM PRO WAREHOUSE DEALS, INC ON AMAZON. They are likely a scam too. Just saying."
"I purchased a stand up desk that was advertised as damaged box but in very good condition. The box was indeed damaged but the desk itself had been messed with by someone. They had removed several washers, bearings and screws and broken the latch that held the top part down. All the parts they removed were loose in the box so when we opened it they went everywhere. Whoever packaged it did a great job of hiding the fact the top won't go down, we struggled getting it back in the box to return it. I will not buy from them again and do not recommend them as the item was not as described. "
"So on the 13th of September I bought two packs of Tippmann paintball magazines. One pack was from Tippmann and the other from Warehouse Deals. I received both items in the same box along with other items I had ordered. I immediately noticed the Warehouse Deals magazines as they were wrapped in plastic and didn’t even look like Tippmann magazines. The advertisement clearly showed Tippmann magazines and gave the full description that Tippmann has. The magazines I received were a Chinese ripoff of 5.56 magazines meant for airsoft.. I wrote a review not even five minutes later and it was taken down because it used the word “fake”. How can a company falsely advertise items like this?... They put the real Tippmann magazines in the same box, how do you not notice the difference?!?.. Warehouse Deals, Inc. needs to be shutdown!"
"Like everyone else I should've read the reviews first!
The item never arrived and was marked as delayed and finally as lost in transit.
Can't believe Amazon hasn't cut ties with them, especially with all the negative reviews. What a waste of time.
How do you lose a 5' exhaust?!
NEVER AGAIN"
"incomplete order no way to contact the seller
many reviews indicate this seller is a bad deal"
"I bought a tree tent hammock on Amazon an it say it was new. When I got it . It not what i order. They send me a **** cover for a tent. Not a tree tent hammock. I will never order from these idiots again. I wish I had read all the bad review before I order from these low life ****. Very **** off.. "
"Don't buy from amazon warehouse deals. they will lose your boxes. they have lost my boxes two times. they never got delivered.
Only buy from the regular amazon store. amazon warehouse deals will lose your box and never send it "
"I bought my son an Xbox game for his birthday when he went to play it it did NOT work would not load said data not found..hmm scam maybe"
"I bought a Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer 4.5 liter that I found through Amazon under Used Like New Condition. I looked up there used like new policy and said that they were like new! This Fryer was never used but when I went to put it together the Plastic buttons that went through the Stainless Steel were all broken and the plastic square fitting where the electric part went was also broke and that holds the coils attached to the electric part go. So NO it wasn't used but it was BROKE!! What a scam and I can't get ahold of Amazon. That's a lot of money down the drain no wonder the guy that started Amazon is so dam rich..ha..sale products and don't give there money back. I quess he's not that rich he's only worth about 7 billion or so. Oh and it did come on time today 1/17/2018 "
"I rented a used textbook for a Public Health maters course. The textbook was not required, just recommended as a supplement. The course provided adequate information and therefore the text was only needed for 1 chapter. I received the book in acceptable conditions and returned the book in the same condition as it was barely used and did not leave my apartment. On Christmas Eve I received an email that the book was damaged and I would be charged the full price of the book and it would be mailed back to me. From now on I will be using Chegg to rent all of my textbooks! Could not be more upset with how Warehouse Deals handled this situation, especially one day before Christmas... Students do not fall for this scam! "
