Even though they all were priced higher than competitors, I purchased because I'm moving soon and needed these items. I called to see if another item was in stock and was told none of the items I purchased the day before were in stock. The website still said they were all available. There were no updates and no schedule of when these items would be available again. The only option was to cancel the orders and shop elsewhere. "

"I was expecting my delivery today. I go to find out that my order was not shipped. I got an email about fraud prevention And they requested me to send my card and ID. I did, and I noticed I got some email back that looked internal stating that they don’t know what to do with what I sent. I called all day today on the company main line and straight to voice mail. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this situation. I hope to hear back from them one of these days to see if I can get my fridge. Or maybe I’ll just resort to preserving my food like they did in the 1800s..."

We finally purchased, only to receive a call next day advising that the model was not actually available and was discontinued.
Frustrating, but these things happen. Then, an email advises it will be a few days before the funds are returned to our checking account. Distasteful "
