"I ordered a hat from here April 4th. It was shipped to the wrong state. Once I found out from the tracking that it was shipped to the wrong address I emailed them letting them know. I got an email back later that day saying that they will ship another one out to me as soon as possible. A week goes by and I haven't heard from them or received any package. I tried to call them but the lines were full so I left a message. Never got a response. I sent another email to them and never got a response. I called them last Friday and someone answered and I told him about my problems. He said they would ship it to me, give me a refund, and email me the tracking. It is now Tuesday and I haven't received any tracking, refund, or the package. I emailed them early this morning and it says they will get back to me in 2-4 hours. It's been 10 hours and I haven't heard anything. I just now tried to call and the lines were full. I wasn't going to bother leaving another message as it's unlikely they will respond. I suppose I'm going to try and call again tomorrow when they are open.

Looks like the shipping is good and fast if they get it shipped to the right address. If they happen to ship it to the wrong address be prepared for a long and frustrating experience. I hope I eventually get my package along with the full refund the employee entitled me to."

"I ordered all the parts to build a complete deck (not assembled). I received the package on time, but was missing the bearings I had ordered. I emailed Warehouse Skateboards about the missing bearings and received a reply very quickly. the apologized for the mistake and shipped the bearings out to me. I received them the next day! I give this kind of service five star rating. anyone can make a mistake. It's how it is handled that sets apart the good company from the rest.
