"I never passed a website have worse customer service like warehouse skateboards.

First I was amazed with the website design then the variety of boards, I purchased and customised a skateboard. Then I change my mind and I decide to purchased long board instead. They I decide to cancel my order after a few hours from the purchased.(because I am aware customised board can't be returned after shipped)

I tried phone calls.
Emails.
Facebook page.

and I got zero responds from them.

Nothing happen until now.
They didn't cancel it.
They didn't ship it.
They didn't respond to anything.
I am not sure if they usually do this to customers.
Today will be the fifth day.
