"The over all process and customer experience was painless and their website is phenomenal, however, the follow through was poorly executed. I did not receive exactly what I ordered, received poor "professional" installation service, and caught what I think are wheels that should have been scrapped during a quick quality control check.
I ordered ALLEN head hardware and received PHILLIPS despite the fact that the packaging was clearly marked as PHILLIPS. This was "strike one" for me as a clear basic failure to deliver what was ordered. -1 star.
Secondly, I paid for the "professional installation" of my grip tape. Not a physical product but a SERVICE. My deck arrived with bubbles throughout which is not indicative of a professional installation. It took less than 5 minutes to remove the bubbles , however, I did not pay for the service intending to have to finish up the work myself. Again, something that should have been caught with a quick quality control check. -1 star.
Finally, the wheels I ordered have readily visible casting flaws and bubbles indicative of a poorly executed manufacturing process. Furthermore, though not readily noticeable through the manufacturers packaging, the bores that house the bearings are not exactly centered with the outer diameter of the wheel causing a visibly noticeable amount of axial runout. It's more difficult to fault Warehouse for this issue, but I do think the visual imperfections could have been caught and I would have appreciated receiving a better product.
All in all, the board is rideable and will perform well, however, I was honestly "Somewhat Dissatisfied" with my experience. To be fair, more so with the first two concerns than the last."
