"I ordered a tool chest on 10th of May, now on 5th of June still no tracking number, very lazy at answering emails. I requested a refund but they said I would have to lose 10% of my money as a fee.

"Ordered a recliner on February 14th, received shipping confirmation with tracking # on 3-14-23. I called on the 27th,28,and 29th. Emailed 3 times this week. Was told I’d get a call regarding shipment status. Never happened. I called the shipping company after I requested a refund. They (the shipping company) responded with my info in less than 30 minutes on Wednesday. I only received refund and a confirmation email after the 3rd day and me reaching out to the shipping company to confirm. Incompetent and lazy. I will never do business with them again. "
"We have never ordered furniture online and the sofa set we found was very expensive so we did a lot of research. Warehousedirectusa.com had the best price and even worked with us to make a better deal. This was during the Covid supply chain issues so it took 8 months to get the set but customer service rep, Stan, was always there to keep us up-to-date on the status. When we got the set, the console on the couch was broken. Stan sent us a repairman, but he said it couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced. So Stan ordered it for us. The manufacturer made a mistake and sent us the wrong thing. Stan got right on it and ordered us our new console and it is wonderful. This whole experience lasted a year but Stan was there with us through it all. The issues and mistakes were on the manufacturer, not Warehousedirectusa.com! But Stan made it all right! We would order from this company again!"

"I can't be any happier about the quality of furniture and customer service at Warehouse Direct USA! I bought a King bedroom set and the transaction went very smooth from start to finish. I can't find stock on the nightstand anywhere else but luckily, I found Warehouse Direct and they have it! It was such a great relief because this is the bed set that I really love. The customer service is excellent. I was provided constant update until my order got delivered completely and they even called me after receiving my order making sure I am happy with the purchase and experience with the company. Well, I am and very thankful."

This is a copy of my review on the BBB website. They rate 2 of 5 stars on BBB. Not surprising.....horrible company! It has now been 47 days since I completed and invoiced for the work completed. They will not return emails, calls, or text messages (of course they communicated very well when they were trying to get the repairs completed). SERVICE PROVIDERS AND BUYERS BEWARE! This is NOT a professional or ethical company.

Service providers STAY AWAY from this company. They have no intentions of paying. I am about to file a lawsuit against them and contact the attorney generals office in their state for fraudulent activity.

We have yet to receive notification from our mutual customer all work was satisfied. We will continue to reach out to our customer to obtain the required information. Our claims department generally processes all outstanding invoices & payments within the net 30 day terms. We apologize your invoice has gone beyond these terms. However, we are required to confirm all work was satisfactory to our customers.

It has been 40 days since I completed and invoiced this job. At no point either before I accepted the work order or since has anyone from Warehouse Direct USA notified me of 30 day terms. Also, they have never said anything about needing a statement of satisfaction from the mutual customer. However, I just called the mutual customer (1 time and he answered) and the customer stated that he was satisfied and that he HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE FROM WAREHOUSE DIRECT USA. I would dare to say the integrity of your reply is in question."
