"Update 10/09/10 I received a replacement. They stood behind their product. Slow but trustworthy.

I ordered an item from Warepark online and was told it was out of stock. They substituted another item which does not work. I advised them and asked for a refund.

"I received my order but unfortunately it was defective. I was told to return the merchandise for a full refund. I promptly returned the merchandise. Now when I call to check on the refund, no one ever answers. When I e-mail, no one ever replies. They have not refunded my payment. Rip-off artists! Do not buy anything from this company!!!"

"Item described as "Like New" but arrived clearly very used. Included sticker residue from where stickers had been, scratches, scrapes, etc, and had been clearly used. When I inquired about returning, shipping was going to be on me. Save yourself time and headache - order from a company that is reputible. This company is just trying to make a quick buck by falsely representing their merchandise and making it not worth your while to return anything.

Also, I had no email confirmation of my initial order, and any response I've had from my inquiries has been short (one sentence) with no apologies or anything. Not a good business. Avoid at all costs."
