"I attempted to purchase a few items from Warhammerdirect.com, thinking that I had found a great deal on the merchandise... I was wrong. Their policy of shipping orders is bogus, 7-14 business days, just to process your order. I placed my order on Sept. 20th, I canceled my order on October 8th because my order status was STILL pending. Several days went by when I sent in inquiry about my items without reply. Even after I sent an angry letter canceling my order, I got only a confirmation of the cancellation, no apologies, no attempts to rectify the situation. I honestly believe the only reason they actually made an effort to refund my money was due to the fact that I contacted my credit card company to inform them of my situation. Do not buy from this online store, I repeat, DO not buy from this store. It is far more trouble than the discount price is worth."

"My order is still in "Pending" status. I have written three emails with no response. I went to cancel the order and there is no cancel button. If they have a location in England as I read in one of the previous reviews I will contact that location. Either way I will not order from either company."

"i recently tried to buy something from the but i found it cheaper and canceled my order. i sent them a message asking if i could get a refund. they said they would issue me one but they never did. ive sent them numerous messages on the subject but they keep ignoring me. i dont know if i will ever get a refund but id advise anyone reading this to never buy from them."

"I put an order there about a month and a half ago, it's still pending. They're saying it's because of their shipping department being a little slow. I don't believe that any more than I believe Warhammer begins with a 'W'. Has anyone actually got anything they ordered from them? I think I'm going to give them another week. If I don't have it by then, I'm just going to cancel my order and take my business to their UK Affiliates(I've heard good things...) and just pay for extra shipping..."

"Horrible to deal with. 7-10 day delivery has now gone on 22 day. They will not respond to inquires and I have found three places involved with my order-none responded. They are very fast at charging the credit card though. I have tried to cancell the order but surprise, no acknowledgment."
