Contacted company and they said We reported too late. Well, typically you would not open on a product till you are ready to install it! Just over 30 days......wouldn't use them again with that decision. Bone heads in customer service don't realize what the do when they provide poor service to a contractor. With the internet we have many options, and they will no longer get the business. So to who reads this. I would steer clear from this online business. You may or may not have a problem. If you do, I can assure you instead of providing customer service you will get a defensive approach from a company that does not have trained customer service people and a policy that makes a difference with online sales...or sales in general. Amazon is the leader and slowly it will squeeze these businesses out since they know what it takes for people to make decision to purchase online. Customer has that what if in the back of their mind. In this instance it came true. We as a company are not afraid of online purchases from reputable companies, this was a trial for this retailer and a failure. "
