"My Timex Ironman 5B111 Wrist Watch arrived 8/30/06 after being ordered 8/28/06 from WatchOutlet.com, who gave great service throughout, from response to email, online shopping experience and shipping. The watch is a great PDA with Timex software that lets you enter contacts, schedules, appointments, birthdays/anniversarys, and much more. Also import and export CSV files of these. Transfer from PC to watch by proprietary USB cable was quick."

"The discounted Timex Rush VO2 watch I received did not work when I first tried it. I emailed them immediately and requested that a replacement watch be sent without additional shipping charges. Their response was hostile and they refused to pay for shipping. I will never deal wtih them again. "
