"Order a citizens watch on 8/16/05. They sent a email saying it would ship in 4-7 days. Also said they would contact me in 24-48 hrs to confirm order. Its now 8/24/05 and have not heard from them. Have sent 4 emails and have not been responded to. Forget this store.."

"Ordered Ladies Citizen watch on 2/16/05. Received confirmation that it will ship in 4-7 days. Should have shipped by 2/23. Have emailed them twice requesting order status and tracking info with No Reply. As of 2/28/05 have not received watch."
