"Terrible service! We bought a movado, and after a month, it started losing time. We shipped it back, paid the 25 shipping fee on top, and then was told the watch needed to be sent to Movado as the battery change didn't fix the problem. We eventually got the watch back after two months, with scratches all over the back (they said this was typical as the case is hard to open), and with the strap damaged. I was told that it was shipped back in perfect condition. I asked Andrea to replace the band and was rudely told they don't make bands for this watch. She then handed me off to some male who repeated what she said. All in all a miserable experience and I need to replace the band on a scratched watch...Movado charges 120 for a new band...Don't go near these people!!"

"I purchased a women's Tag watch from Watch Boutique on Amazon.com. BIG MISTAKE! It appears to be authentic, and worked fine for the first 3 months or so. Then, I noticed it wasn't keeping accurate time, it would jump either 5 or 30 minutes behind. I contacted Watch Boutique, spoke with Andrea, and paid $25 (insured) to send the watch back for repair. They didn't tell me what they did to repair the watch, sent it back to me, and it worked fine-for about 2 weeks. Then, the watch started jumping behind again, just as before. I spoke with Andrea again, who said it must have been dropped, i.e. something I did to cause the problem. This watch has never been dropped or been in ANY water, EVER! Now I am stuck paying another $25 to send the watch back for the same problem, which they failed to repair correctly the first time. At this rate, I have saved no money and received a lot of headaches and poor customer service in dealing with this company. I question the authenticity of my Tag watch, and deeply regret buying it online, from Watch Boutique. This company is SHADY and Andrea is quite rude and difficult to deal with. I reported my experience to amazon.com, who stated that because it's been greater than 3 months since my purchase, they can be of no help. If you are going to spend the money to buy an expensive watch, I recommend only buying from an authorized dealer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WATCHBOUTIQUE.COM!!!"

"Ordered an Omega ladies watch for my wife. Talked with Andrea at lenght about the watch I wanted. I provided her with the Omega Item Nbr(1365.75) and she told me it would be in on the 9th. The shippment was "held up" in customs for almost a week. When the watch finally arrived it was the correct band, but had the wrong face. Basically, someone had swapped the face from a different watch. When we called her on this fact, she said that maybe Omega had changed the watch. Even though Omega, every online dealer and local jeweler showed the correct face. After much discussion we opted to send the watch back and now Andre has the nerve to charge us a re-stocking fee! We'll not deal with her again! Very shady outfit!"

"Purchased a Tag Heuer watch from this store for over $1200. I wanted to save a little money so I decided to buy it online instead of buying it from a authorized Tag dealer. BIG MISTAKE on my part - I will say the watch is authentic, and shipping time was good, but that is where the warm and fuzzies end. Six months after owning the watch, the screw in crown stripped (which negates the waterproof characteristic of the watch among other things) - Watch Botique offers a 2-year warranty through their suppliers, so I shipped it back to them for repair. They claimed it was operator error but fixed it anyway (took about 2 months, but thats another story). Upon receiving the watch after repair, I wore it all of a month (you must unscrew the screw in crown to change the date on non 31-day months) before the crown stripped again - needless to say I wasn't happy. Called Watch Botique to let them know what happened, and again they said it was operator error. However, I thoroughly read owner's manual and know I was operating the watch correctly - at this point I decided to cut my losses, quit doing business with Watch Botique, and send the watch back to TAG for repair. Today I received word that the entire automatic movement portion of the watch, along with the crown must be replaced and all the internal components had to be extensively cleaned (all this for a watch less than a year old and that has never been in the water, not even the shower, or in any dirty conditions) - this costs me a mere $276.30 - basically the cost I saved buying on-line. A word to customers, these watches are priced lower for a reason - out of the year I have owned my watch, I have actually been able to wear it around 8 months - save yourself the time and the money and buy from an authorized dealer"
