"This merchant is a FRAUD.

We got a fake Burberry watch that we took to the shop in NYC and ascertained to be a fake / replica.

* The company sent the watch from China, with NO return address.

* Even if there were Return address, are you willing to pay $200-$300 for shipping AND DUTIES levied by the communists to send a FAKE WATCH back?

* NO WAY TO CONTACT: Website has a form to send comments, but NEVER replied to. The phone number goes to an answering machine, also NEVER ANSWERED/RETURNED. Total Fraud.

* They will try fight you with the credit card company - hoping that you get tired easily and not furnish the myriad of paperworks that your credit card company requires to dispute the fraudulent transaction.


ABSOLUTE CHINESE FRAUD, FARCE. I have reported the company to BBB but since they are offshore there is NOTHING they can do at this point. "

"I ordered an armani watch which was not working when it arrived (from China). I thought it was a battery problem, but getting a new battery didn't help. I contacted watchesintime who apologised and said that I was entitled to a full refund or a replacement. They said they'd give me a shipping address, but didn't contact me again.

I called Armani who said that they couldn't honour the warranty because watchesintime is not an authorised seller. So I've bought an expensive fake that doesn't even work!!

I was finally contacted by watchesintime after I wrote this review and they gave me their shipping address and refunded my money after they received the watch. They also waived the 15% restocking fee on the faulty watch!!!! THey told me that was a saving of about $60. In return for this service, they have asked me to amend this review, which I have now done.

If you intend to buy from this website, ask for their authorised seller number first or contact the designer and verify if they'll honour a warranty of a watch bought from this website."
