"My order did not show up. I had to contact PayPal and am now in the process of trying to get a refund.
They have a non working phone number. When you call their number all you get is a busy signal. I tried dozens and dozens of times to get through... no luck. So I used their contact form, which they say is the faster way to get customer service and that they will respond in 24 hours. That was Monday. Tuesday, I emailed them directly, Wednesday I did both, Thursday I contacted PayPal, who contacted them, then I emailed them directly, then I used their contact form, oh and I called them another dozen times.
It's not so much that I'm worried about the $63 but this watch is supposed to be a Christmas present and I paid for faster shipping.
I now have to find another merchant and pay more for really fast shipping. I am very disappointed with my experience and would warn others to stay away, sure the prices seem worth it but not if your gift never arrives. The ten bucks I was going to save is now going to cost me a lot more in faster shipping costs."
