"Usless and incompetent customer service. I went there to exchange a watch as it was a gift but didn't like any watch in the shop at that time, so I was told to exchange with gift cards as it was the best option as the gift card could be used online.
However when I looked for the watch online, there was no option to use the giftcard to purchase anything. I called customer service several times but got no response from them, then after repeatedly calling watchstation branch they said I could use gift cards only in the store. I told I wanted a refund as I was misguided from the staff and it was not my mistake.
They confirmed to me via email that I would get a refund and further compensation for my troubles but I would have to go to the outlet.
I live near Gatwick and all outlets are quite far from my place still I agreed to go there, but when I went there initially they refused to give refund for giftcard but when I showed them written email they refunded giftcard amount but didn't gave any compensation and said it was not their mistake and as also they didn't promise any such thing. They were adamant that the email was received from another branch which I didn't even contact and I could only get my compensation from that branch even though no purchase was made from the that I received the email through.
The manager of the branch was also extremely rude and refused to help me in any sort of way and was fixed in her ways in denying any mistake and not acknowledging how their constant mismanagement was the reason so much of my time was wasted.
Please do not waste your time here! You can find much better retail outlets who actually know how to treat their customers."
"I bought Michele watch from the website. I supposed to get the item on Sunday 12/6 but the courier just left on the front door of my apartment building and I lost the package. I contacted the courier’s customer service on the same day, and they told me that my package was disputed by the shipper. I called Watch station customer service right away; after 1 hour wait, I spoke to customer service and the guy told me that the courier will send back my item in 2-3 days. I called the courier again to make sure that my package will be re-delivered, the courier said the package has been delivered. I called again watch station but no one picked up the call. 3 days in a row, I contacted this company; no one answers (I made more than 20 calls). I decided to chat with them, every time I chatted, the agents gave me different answers. One of them telling me that the package will be delivered by postal office. She ended the chatting when I kept asking her, what should I do because the package has been delivered. Finally, one of agent gave me the ticket number, she said I will get refund in 7 days. Let’s see what will happen.

"Be careful there is a SCAM at a place called WATCH STATION. I bought a Misfit watch and it died after 2 months and I went to return it and Misfit said they would give me a $60 gift card (the cost of the Misfit watch) to go to WATCH STATION and get a new watch! Well, the cheapest watch was $139! So, more than double my watch price...but I thought I would try it. They said they had a 90 day return policy if I didn't like it. I got the new watch and it was too heavy so I returned it. They refunded me all but my initial $60 and when I called them they said sorry...you spend it or you lose it! I thought that was INCREDIBLY scummy...so beware!!!!"
"I ordered a Michaele Kors watch from WatchStation. I was so excited to get it but the watch was defective and in used condition. Its color was faded there was no covering to the watch the belt was broken cause one of those metal things you need to attach the belt was not there. Like soo poor quality of service, I have received from this site. At least before selling the watch They should have checked the condition of the watch. Like literally they sell second hand and defective watches. I am soo disappointed!!!"

"I have so far made four order with them and only one has been succesful and has been delivered. Order number 339830150
There is this latest one, order number 339835669 which had a mismatch of shipping and billing adresses. It did not go through but they still held the money anyway.
Their customer care says the money is automatically refunded in 3-5 business days which is a lie. You have to endlessly call for refunds. Only after i called severally did they put a request for refund which some customer care personnel say will be returned in 2 business day while others 3-5 days. Am still counting down from the day of placing the order 11th April 20,
I just hope they do the refunds. When they do, i'll inform. But BEWARE when dealing with them if you are a person who likes speedy business"

"the website had one watch on sale at a price below normal, although all of their other products were normal retail.
i tried to place the order and the website simply would not complete it. i checked with my bank and my card was fully operational.

"It's such a waste of time shopping on their site. I placed my order and received an email order confirmation. After a week, it took them a WEEK, they sent me another email saying my order was canceled due to lack of inventory/out of stock. So I checked their site to look for a replacement item. What so disappointing is that my exact item was still available to order in their site. I called costumer service to see why my order was canceled because it's still available online. Unfortunately, it's really out of stock and their site is fooling. Anyway, I was able to do a replacement order via phone and it was all set. My replacement order was confirmed and shipped.
But The worst of this crap was when I received my order. They sent me defective item. The watch was not working. The costumer service helped me try to make it work but it was dumb broken! Had to return it with so much pain because the instruction of the first costumer service was stupid. They sent me wrong return label, instructed me to drop the package at the wrong shipment company and I end up paying the return shipment fee. Please be warn, don't waste your time and money."
