AWFUL!

"I've been a customer for a few months, I like having all of my accounts in good standing. 2 months ago I went on to my account and paid my bill and it took me to the "Payment Successfully Sent" screen. I went on about my life. The following month I wen to pay my bill and it was $80!!! Apparently, despite the payment success screen my payment did not go through. No attempts were made to contact me to let me know my account was past due. So I paid the $80 and it went through. Fast forward to this month (July) and I went on around the 17th to make my $30 payment. Again I got the "Payment Successfully Sent" message. I checked my account on the 27th and I still had a balance, but now of $45. The $30 payment did not go through and now I owe more. So I paid it right then and there. Again got the "payment successfully sent" message and here I am on the 31st, checking AGAIN and AGAIN still having a $45 balance....so I paid it....AGAIN....I got the same message and we'll see if this one goes through. I'm getting really sick and tired of this company and am ready to switch entirely based on the problems with payment alone. Fair warning, stay away from Water.com"
