"I ordered a shower head from these folks looking for a head that wouldn't just dribble out water, and would provide good coverage. This shower head certainly has NOTHING in the way of flow inhibitor. It was a terrible drought year, one of several in a row, and not only did that make me feel bad about the water waste, but it splashed all over and OUT of my shower onto the floor. Every time. It was starting to cause damage to my floor and walls.

I spent so much time trying to get replies to my e-mails and contact forms, and kept getting requests to call them instead. I do not live on the same coast, therefore calling was difficult with my work hours. When I finally found time in my work day to call I could not get a direct answer to the question regarding a lack or presence of a flow inhibitor, how many gallons per minute this thing was using, if it was a used/modified unit (there was a scratch on it upon arrival), or how to get my money back. He was a master at side-stepping direct questions! Then his tone changed and he tried to make me sound unreasonable because "it's ONLY $100!" with no idea of what that $100 might mean to a customer.

I finally got him to agree to take his product back so I shipped it on my own dime. Of course, when it arrived they refused to refund due to it having been more than 30 days (see lack of customer service response above). They also claimed I damaged the item despite my sending a date-stamped photo of the day I opened the package and found the minor scratch on it (ALWAYS take damage photos when you open the box!). So back on the phone I went, to argue again. I'm not even sure they had looked at the photo. They tried to get me to take it up with my credit card company and let them eat the costs. It was only when I threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau that they agreed to a refund.

Just HORRIBLE to deal with."

"This company produces a line of shower heads that increase water flow and pressure, even with low-to-moderate pressure coming from city water mains. Bought a new shower head for each bathroom and recommended to neighbors and friends -- and to disbelieving plumbers!

Not exactly sure of the technology, but the product performs just as the company's promotion claims it will perform. How many times can you say that these days? Best things are, I no longer have to run around in the shower to get wet AND I only have to open the water valves a half-turn (honestly)!

Customer service is great, the quality of the product is superb and the pricing quite reasonable. Have tried many of the major brand names, and they all failed miserably. These folks have found the secret!
