"I have never ordered from WebEyeCare before and I won't again. This is the FIRST time I have ever had a problem getting my daughter's contact lenses!!! The XR lens were made wrong. I was told they would take them back and get her some new ones. In the "meantime", two replacement lenses would be rushed and sent.
NEVER got a return auth for the contacts, and when I called today, I got the impression from customer service that nothing had been done on my order. It takes 2-4 weeks to make my daughter's custom lenses. To screw up and then to screw up AGAIN by not getting her replacement lens ordered immediately is not ok with me.
Furthermore, your rep acted like she could care less!!!"
