"I paid for 2nd day air delivery, ups says the shipper put in the wrong address information. And webeyecare customer service says they used the correct information.
The delivery was for Friday I called ups and found out it was an information problem and had it corrected then the next day would be Saturday and no they rescheduled for Monday that is not 2nd day air that I paid for I want my entire shipping back , webeyecare says we can credit you $5.00 toward your next purchase well I paid $25 to get them by Friday so I could leave on vacation with them. "

"It's been awhile since I bought contact lenses on line and when I did it was through 1800 contacts. Webeyecare was a much easier process, all I hate to do is take a picture of the script and email it to them. With 1 800 contacts I had to fax the script but in their defense that was around 2007. Either way they made the process simple and easy and I received my contacts in promptly. Very satisfied and I'm getting ready to order more."
"I had order my contact in September and I was told it was going to take 5 -10 days to get my contact. I called them by day 13 and I was told my contact was consider lost. They would had to send a new shipment and I would have to give them an alternative address. I asked them if they can expedite them sense I don't have any contacts left and they said I would have to pay extra. This is very poor customer service and very inconvenient for me to suffer their mistake. Not only did I waited 13 days now I'm having to wait another 5 to 10 business days to get my contacts!
