"They sent my son's costume. They heat sealed the bag to said costume. Their return process is awful. They want you to pay to package and print label and bring it to the post office.
If I ordered wrong, fine. This was a mistake you made. I won't get it back in time for Halloween as it stands. I'd avoid this company. "
"I ordered pajamas from you, they were too small. I sent them back, with the tags. However you will not give me a refund or a bigger size, due to the tags were not fully attached. I already sent the product back and the last email I received from you stated that you would just send me the item back. This was in January, it is now March 1st I contacted you this morning and now you have gone back on your word. This company told me that they will not send my item back and they will not give me my money back, so that is theft. Shame on you, stealing from the poor to make your pockets fatter. I will never ever do business with this company again and I hope tons of people see this review."

"I made a purchase on 12/17/19 and was assured it would arrive before Christmas. On the day before Christmas I realized the package never came. I contacted WebUndies.com with tracking information and was told the item should have arrived and that they see it was "Lost in shipping" never heard of this, but okay. Then I was sent an email stating they were refunding my money. I didn't ask to have my money returned, I wanted my product, even if it was going to be late. I emailed them and told them this and I was told that the day after Christmas they would fix it and would send my item. 12/26/19 I receive an email that my item had been refunded and not reshipped. I emailed back asking for an explanation and was told the manager came in early and refunded my money without knowing I wanted the item instead of a refund. I was told to reorder. I did reorder but was unable to get my original 15% off of the item because the promotion code had already been used on the first order. I emailed again asking for a new code and was sent one that didn't work. I emailed again and was sent a new code. I have just gotten around to reordering and I hope I'm not sorry. This was a gift for my sister and the item is not available anywhere else or I would have taken my business elsewhere. I understand it's a busy time of year, but the level of customer service is worse than Walmart on this site. Buyer Beware!"
