"I originally tried to order this product a few days ago and ran into issues, your team was VERY quick to respond and notified me the order was not in your system. Upon further review I found that my card had been manually replaced by my credit card company (Fraud alert) and my card was deactivated as a security measure. With new card in hand i began to order anew today :-)
The reason i have two 3 star ratings is because the cost of the item increased by 2.96 since i tried a few days ago, and the overnight shipping increased from 50 to 60. I AM BY NO MEANS ASKING FOR A REFUND I AM HAPPY TO PAY THE CURRENT PRICE :-) But it is reflected in my review, if I had a working card a few days ago, I would have payed 12.96 less that what i am paying now.
I consider this my fault but the feeling was there.
Lastly as a web designer i cant help but add two notes about your Shopping cart and Payment process (Hopefully these help you with UX and UI Enhancements) :
* Nice job on the update to a priced item in the cart today ( The system made me aware of this very quickly and in an easy to see way even if based styles were used )
* The Cart did not do a good job of notifying me the reason my order was not going through last week. (Failed Order) was the only notice i got, not a declined credit card or bad payment process. I originally thought this was an issue with the shipping zipcode field which kept changing from the 5 digit code to the 5-4 digit USPS zip code when using amazon or my credit card.
