"Have been a good customer before but never again! Has been 1 month since I ordered contacts, still haven't got anything but the runaround; emails say "order shipped" - never was; emailing the company gets NO response; phone calls are put on hold, never answered, leave voice mail for call back and never get one. Just awful customer service. Check Better Business Bureau - this company rates an "F" on their site. Very disappointed with my experience - I want my order or my money!"
"This was the worst internet shopping experience I've had in 20 years. I finally received my order over 30 days past when they said I would receive it. I sent many emails to their shipping and customer service only to be answered by generic emails. I called their customer service hotline, got voice mail every time and never received a call back. They promised twice that the product would be shipped that week and I would receive a tracking number and I never got a tracking number nor was the product shipped. When they finally provided a tracking number, they must not have paid for tracking because inquiries on the USPS web site provided no information on the status of the shipment. An email and call to their customer service department to confirm shipment went unanswered. Never once was there an apology or explanation as to why there was a delay. The only reason I'm not sending the package back is because I think it would be another long nightmare trying to get my money back from them and I'm tired of them, so in that respect they "win". Needless to say, I won't ever be doing business with them again."

"This place has absolutely no customer service. I had placed an order a couple weeks ago. I got an email from them saying I could not order a brand of contacts that my doctor did not prescribe. Fine, I changed the brand in my order. But since then I have been getting emails from them every day. Some say the same thing, that I cannot get my originally ordered brand. Some say my prescription has been confirmed. Some say they are cancelling my order because my doctor does not have a prescription on file for me (even though they have gotten the prescription from him). I have cancelled my order on their website twice now, but it comes back and I keep getting these emails. I have tried emailing them with no response. I have tried to call and waited on hold for ages. I don't think anyone really works at this company. At least not on a full time basis. "

I can understand the first time ordering and verifying a prescription, but my prescription is on file, and it seems to take just as long. I think this need to be looked at. It should take no longer than 3-5 business days to deliver."
