"I first made an email inquiry on May 11th, 2015 regarding Solartec solar panels this company offers for sale online on their site. Their email reply to me stated that the Solartec panels were only available for shipment to Mexico. I asked them why they listed prices for the product in USD if the item only shipped to Mexico. To me it didn't make any sense to offer a product in USD if it only shipped to Mexico. I contacted Solartec directly and was told by the manufacturer that they have a plant in Houston Texas and that any U.S. based order would ship directly from the Houston plant. Based on that information I placed an order with Webo Solar for the minimum quantity stated on their site, (6) six panels S60PC. After placing my order online with Webo Solar I was contacted via email. The email stated that only the S60MC Monocrystalline panels were available to ship from Houston. So, I changed my order from the Polycrystalline to the more expensive Monocrystalline panels. Webo Solar provided a shipping cost and price difference which I paid. I had already paid $1,242 and the new total was $1,730. Later that evening I received an email from Webo Solar stating that they couldn't fill the order because they found out from SolartecMX LLC they'd need to order a pallet of 25 panels in order to fill my order, so I was forced to cancel my order with Webo Solar. I did receive a full refund within a few days. Overall I'm not pleased with my experience with Webo Solar."
