Now hear this the truglo sights are green outline, bigger, etc. So I open the package and instantly notice the sights they sent me were the same ones that came stock in my Glock and the outside line is white. That is the first thing you notice if you have any knowledge what so ever about sights. "
"Long story, they sold me an Inforce light on Dec. 30th, and it arrived in a timely manner.So on Jan 13 I ordered another just like it. It never shipped. After three emails, they broke into my account and closed the three emails, deleted the light I purchased on Jan 13, in the "items purchased list" and said that I had received TWO lights on Jan. 3rd! Of course, they took my money for both.

"They admitted their online order system has problems. It shows items that are on backorder as in stock. I ordered a handgun and paid to have my FFL dealer email them a license and found out Webyshops did not have the handgun in stock. It gets worse. Their customer service said they new about the problem and assured me the handgun was arriving shortly in the next shipment from their supplier. A month later no shipment has arrived. I checked my online account with Webyshops and my order is not listed and no history of my order can be found. I spoke with Marcus on the phone, ****@**** and he would send me a email stating the shipment would be arriving shortly and the handgun I paid for was in that shipment. He never sent me a email. A REALLY poor company to do business with. They need their license pulled.

"I knew about the bad reputation webyshops has, but they were the only place that listed an impossible to find item in stock. I ordered an item on the web site, providing my credit card info, etc.. A couple days later I noticed it had not shipped. I called and found they did not have the item, but was promised it would ship the next day. The excuse was it was coming from a new supplier. The next day, I got a tracking number. Several days later I was contacted by webyshops, asking for me credit card info again.
At this point, I began to suspect they didn't have the item. I'm pretty sure it was discontinued. So, I replied I would provide the payment info over again only if the item was delivered. They replied that they would not ship until they had payment. This is about a week after I placed the order and several days after they told me it was shipped. THIS MEANS THEY HAVE A SCAM OF GENERATING A TRACKING NUMBER WITH THE POST OFFICE TO MAKE IT SEEM THEY HAVE SHIPPED AN ITEM TO GET YOU TO PAY THEM FOR AN ITEM THEY CANNOT DELIVER. "
"I really don't understand how a company like this has no clue what's going on with a customer's order. I placed an order 5 days ago. It's showed in processing " " this whole time. I call customer service, they tell me it should be shipping soon. I give a follow up email, they tell me it shipped a day ago. When I asked for a tracking number, nobody has a clue what it is. I called customer service back and they say we're processing it, the warehouse should ship it today. Well, no luck. They won't cancel or refund my order, they won't provide me with shipping information. I will never order from them again.
I understand there is a process to ship that varies from company to company, but this is outrageous. They should be able to provide accurate and informative information to customers. Had I placed this order with a competitor, I would have had it two days ago. You get what you pay for I guess.
I still don't know where my product is, and of course, they already charged my card. Thanks guys!"
"They deserve 0 stars. They shipped me used night sights, denied it was even possible when I complained, and then refused to send me a return label. I finally had to go over their heads for a refund. I will never be purchasing anything from them again, and I urge shoppers to look elsewhere for your needs.
