"Horrible service by Igor!!!! I called and placed an order on friday for a Valdada Ior 1.5-8x26 scope. I spoke to Renee on the phone, asked about the rings (which listed in the box on the site). I told her I needed the tall rings. She told me that she spoke to her supervisor and that they would drop ship the rings to me. Never got the receipt emailed friday like they told me. Called this morning to get receipt emailed. I asked Igor to confirm that the rings were on the way. He told me that they would cost extra and that it was a mistake. I told him that's not what the site said, and Renee confirmed it. He claimed she'd called in sick and he would have to charge me full price for the scope, or cancel my order. We ended up cancelling the order. Total bait and switch. I can bet that once this scope had arrived, I would have called to get my rings, and they would have told me it didn't come with them, and probably would have refused to return it. Misadvertised items. I work for a gun shop, and I'm a major contributor on 4 internet gun forums. I never plan on buying any items from them, and plan on telling everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. I also plan on reporting this to the Better Business Bureau."
