"A few minutes after placing my order, I called to see how to edit it. I was told to reply to the email I had received and include the edits. I did so but it was not received or processed. The next day I called and had to resend the edit. Thankfully, you did ship the edit items and a shipping label for returning the wrong items.
The shipping selections are very confusion. It stated my order was over 150 lbs (there's no way that's true. The weight needs to be shown) and was prompting me to click on shipping that was $100 !!! That's outrageous! However, the free shipping was also an option. That's what I chose.
I like your products, but the issues above will cause me to pause before I use your website again.
