"I shopped with Wendy's furniture twice in the last one year and both times my delivery was on time and the items were great. All my friends and family asked me about the items so they will definitely receive more referrals from me. 'The delivery crew worked hard to get all my items into the home and they also came back the same evening with another item that I had forgotten to order. I was hosting a party that night and they made sure to bring the table before my party started. I was so grateful. I will continue buying from them. The staff is also very hard-working and did an amazing job with helping me pick out my items online since I could not visit in person. I hope everyone gives them a chance, they are a hidden gem. "

WENDY IS A THIEF SHE STOLE MY MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN THE $ to american first finance after her used merchandise was returned to her they called her plenty times and she will not respond My husband went to wendys furniture and he bought a couch that was supposed to be $1200 and everyone knows about these mom and pops furniture places all prices are marked up because they are prepared for negotiation and they no people will talk them down so we ended up getting a sectional couch for $1000 since we didn’t have the $1200 to pay and she agreed to the deal with no problem because she knew she was scamming us for that overpriced couch no one will ever pay $1200 for that couch and let me also add that this is one of those sectionals that come in a box it has no comfort its a very cheap couch and i found the same couch on walmart for $300 the reason for this review is that she not only sold my husband a cheap couch for $1000 she sent us a used floor model couch in the middle of a pandemic! ITS COVID 19 right now ! A USED COUCH!! She delivered a floor model when it was supposed to be a new couch and then tried to say that my husband already knew and agreed to the floor model which is absolutely not true !! I have no clue why she sent a floor model when shes gonna open a new couch for another floor model anyway it makes no sense! She lost $1000 and a costumer for trying to be petty and greedy for no reason you already took advantage of my husband sold him a $300 couch for $1000 he payed an $80 delivery fee and he tipped your drivers you did all that for what??? You needed that new couch on your floor that bad? After speaking with who I believe was wendy she was very rude and concluded that they would come get the couch the following morning which was completely fine with me ! Upon receiving the merchandise she was supposed to submit a request to cancel the account with the finance company which she did not, therefore i called her to see what was going on and her response was that the company had to reach out to her !! Needless to say that was completely inaccurate because how would they know she received the merchandise without her contacting them ?! I confirmed this with the finance company, she basically had no intention of helping close the account smh. This is a horrible business !! tread carefully before you come here!!! If you have issues which im sure you will she will be blatantly rude with no interest to correct her mistakes !!! And make sure your couch is new and not a floor model which someone who has covid could’ve just been sitting on!! And the delivery drivers DONT WEAR MASK BE CAREFUL DOING ANY BUSINESS HERE! "
"I found a tall kitchen cabinet in Wendy's that fit perfectly in a corner of my kitchen. Ruth and William attended to me patiently and courteously. Ruth reduced the price substantially. Delivery was prompt and careful. Love the sturdy cabinet and the service I received!"
"Just moved to this state. Happened to go into this store to check their prices since it was right next to Big Lots. Should have known something wasnt right because no customers were in the store or cars in the parking lot. Was looking for beds for my grand daughters. Found 2 bunkbeds/w futon mattress. Spent $1200+ in this store. Paid for delivery. Delivery guy came out and put the beds together. 2 weeks later I noticed a tear underneath the mattress. Look like a razor cut from when the guys cut the plastic off. I called and spoke to the lady, im assuming it was Lynn. Spanish, dark long hair & pregnant at the time. She first blamed us for the tear. Then she texted back saying for "US" to bring the mattress back and then they would order me another one which would take 3-4 weeks. If anyone has ever had a futon, you know how heavy they are. My daughters and I took it back and had to damn near drag it ontop of their 4ft loading deck w/ no ramp which was located in the back of the store . Then 3-4 weeks later she calls back and tells us that the futon is in but we have to pick it up ourselves. I asked why after I spent all of that money in this store plus delivery. She says, we only paid for delivery once and they delivered already. Smh. #1)I have never heard of a company bringing you defective merchandise and not picking it up and redelivering it! #2)If they were going to replace the mattress, they could have allowed us to hold on to the mattress until the other one came in. Never again will I ever step foot in this store! No Customer Service values at all!!!!!"

I am so glad I did. The shipping people were so nice and delivered it on a day that was good for me as I had a doctor’s appointment the day they talked about delivering it. They were very friendly and the bed arrived in perfect shape. It is gorgeous and I am so glad I found you.

"I bought a buffet table from Wendy Furniture. It cost $700. When it arrived it was badly damaged. Not something that can be repaired. I told them I wanted to return it. They offered me $80. It has now been months and they recently offered $200. Why would I want to pay $500 for a piece of furniture that is so badly damaged I don't want it in my house? "Lynn" seems nice enough but this is ridiculous. I would not order from them ever again. If you are buying furniture online there is a chance it may get damaged in shipping. How does a company not prepare for this!!"
"First, let me preface by saying that if I could have given this company a zero star review, I would have.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Knowing what we know now, it would be worth it to spend more through another company that has some integrity.
Not only did we never receive the item we purchased, we got a call telling us that in order to get the item, we would need to spent $60 more than we'd initially purchased it for. The reason was that they don't have enough people to keep all their internet prices accurate, so because of their mistake, we had to pay more.
Just like the first reviewer, we talked with Lynn, who wouldn't honor the price no matter what. Even when it came out that their price is $450 plus $200 shipping, meaning on our $799 purchase price, they'd still make a profit. Apparently $150 profit, honoring your price, and keeping your customers happy isn't enough for them. We even told them we were going to review them online because this experience had been so terrible.
This felt like an unprofessional, one-man kind of operation. It's truly not worth the little bit less in cost. Not only would I not reccommend them, I'd warn people to run away as fast as they can."

Lynn the person we spoke with told us to take pictures and send them when I did she emailed me back and said I can offer you $50 compensation I sent over 40 pictures of damage she would not get back to me for weeks at a time when I looked at the better business bureau web site I understood why she was doing this !
There are multiple company websites set up for them and they do this to every person that orders from them she was very sweet and understanding and that was the reason we purchased from her

"I searched the web for one sectional sofa and wendy furniture has one that looks great and also the exact one that we want. Their price is very reasonable and a very nice lady named Lynn even offered more discount for me.
The couch came 5 days earlier than they promised and the packaging was great. It took about 30 minutes for my husband and I to remove all package and took out the sectional. The couch came almost already assembled and we just need to put the legs on, that's a very easy job.
Now we're sitting on our gorgeous sofa, we will definitely buy again from Wendy Furniture and recommend it to people around of their excellent service!"
"I searched many on line merchants for a specific dining room set(1 Majesta Walnut 5 Pieces Round Dining Table Set with Marble Lazy Susan (SKU: 37CM3560T-SET).
I came across Wendy Furniture and found an identical set advertized by others 28% less. The set was shipped free.
Upon the receipt of the set I found the table pedestal was damaged. I sent an email to Wendy Furniture and within a very short time the issue was resolved. The company contacted the manufacturer and 4 days later I had a replacement pedestal delivered to my house.
All I can say is that both the price and service were impeccable. A company that stands behind what they sell.

"I can't say enough about Wendy Furniture. They are wonderful! I was looking for a red ottoman to go with a chair I bought locally. I found the one I wanted on Wendy Furniture's website at a price that couldn't be beat, so I ordered it. The next day I received an email stating the ottoman I'd ordered was no longer available. They offered another ottoman at the same price. It was a wine color, but I found it would also go with the chair. The substitute was larger and a corderoy material which I also liked. I accepted the substitute.
It was delivered in less than two weeks and I was quite pleased at how well it was packed. So well, in fact, I had to tear the box apart to remove it. All I can say is I LOVE my ottoman! It's huge and comfortable and is a wonderful replacement for the recliner I discarded. I will definitely order again from Wendy Furniture and I highly recommend them. They have been absolutely wonderful!!
