"The item was paid for and I got an email that they would email me again when my part was ready to be picked up. Never got an email. Called a week later and was told they didn't order it because I didn't confirm my serial number. But I never received and email or phone call to confirm it. So I confirmed it on this call. He told me it should be ready to pick up the next day and I'd get another email. Next day, no email so I call again. Again the guy tells me I have to confirm my serial number. I told him I confirmed it yesterday. So he went and looked and found the part to be ready for pickup. Just lack of communication and lackluster customer service skills. Definitely could be friendlier to customers. "
