"This "simple" transaction took several days as the initial order failed on WCT's side. My credit card shows a pending charge but Toyota does not have an order on their side. After SEVERAL phone calls, I was told to just reorder through the website. I told them I'd like to just order while I was on the phone since I live about 5 miles from the dealership and would pick up in person. After a long pause, I was told that they were busy and if I could just use the website. So the parts department is too busy to take my almost $700 parts order? That's a new one.
The only reason I didn't go somewhere else is because several of the parts I need are almost impossible to find because of the year/make/model of my car. I'm pretty annoyed at the moment, but I'll feel better once I get my parts."
