They have a bunch of touchy feely kids answering emails who, somehow or another, think that you the customer are writing in to hear their whole sad life story. Mine is apparently sad because he is in his 40s and still working customer service, and likes to go on tirades about how the world judges him...or some such. I have no idea. End of the day, they still refused to ship my product.
And I am a 100% disabled Veteran, listening to this kid whine about how the world is mean to him. But being a disabled Veteran I am on a limited income. The loss of this $125 means I just have to go without nicotine until I get paid in two weeks. But it is the customer service boy's sob story that we all had to listen to today."

"Placed order on December 21st. They said 12-15 business days till delivery and I emailed them every 3 days to find out where my order was but it was the same excuse. On January 19th they wrote it was out for delivery its now been 8 days and no package. So I emailed them telling me to refund me and nothing. So I filed a dispute. "

"Will not order from West Coast Vape Supply again. Ordered juice 2/5/21. They charged me that day. I waited, and waited. Then emailed three times over the course of a week. No response to any email. I finally received a partial order today 2/22/21. Two juices are back ordered but were in stock when I ordered. I even paid for expedited shipping. TERRIBLE customer service. I have been ordering from them about once every two months for a year. This lack of response and shipment put me in a bind and I had to order from elsewhere and pick some juice up locally for twice the price. I'm not a complainer. I never leave reviews like this, but this was ridiculous. "
