"I ordered only a few days ago, but unlike most successful internet purchases I have made, I received only a order status e-mail, but not any follow up shipment details. Since this was the first time I ordered from them I decided I would call.
So, I called their toll free number to get an order status update, and after being on hold for 10 minutes, the message said that due to heavy call volume that I should e-mail them instead. First red flag. I e-mailed them, but, surprise, I received no response. I then typed their name into Google and found a BBB report that gave them an F score. I am worried now. Fortunately, I used PayPal, and if this merchant doesn't respond in 10 days (they have a history of not responding per BBB report), I will get my refund.
As it turns out, I received my order. Whether or not that was attributed to PayPal intervention is unknown as the merchant never responded to them regarding the shipment. So, all is well...however, I don't feel confident that I will shop there again.
