Terrible

" Animal socks are a top seller because they are cute. However they say fit up to men 13- I am a women's 10 and they do not fit me. I ordered this design in another design and 3 of the 4 bottoms had missing design printing in several spots. When ahead and stuck them in the person's gift bag because I needed something in their bag, Customer service was very poor unwilling to do anything. They were inexpensive, but it would be nice for customer service to acknowledge oh we're so sorry would you like 10 percent off – I'm not worried about a dollar or 2 it's just the principle of poor customer service. Will never deal with this company again.

And they hide negative reviews, I wrote review on the website it when you hit submit it says wait for our staff to publish your review

"Just placed my order (Math Clock CF6786, so can't judge the product or efficiency of mailing. However, I found it misleading that I had been led to believe that, as a first time customer, I would receive a 20% discount, only to be advised when I checked out the item that it was not available for discount. I placed the order anyway but I take a dim view dealers taking back w/ their left hand what they purport to give w/ the right. Further, I was appalled at the horrendous sales tax ($3.43 on a $29.95 item). Maybe that's what the tax rate is in California. It's certainly not that in Virginia! And this on top of a $9.25 shipping charge! I shouldn't be surprised that you would be blaming Sky Mall for this, just as Sky Mall would be blaming you. It's been my experience that the buck never stops in these matters. The real person to blame is the customer. I shall not be using your catalog or that of Sky Mall again."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a series of Christmas gifts for various people, and had the items shipped to New York ahead of my arrival (I live in Florida) for the holidays. I placed the order more than 2 weeks out, and received TWO emails confirming that my order had been processed and shipped. I did not receive any other communication from the company other than a barrage of emails trying to get me to order more stuff. I arrived in New York on Christmas Eve, and opened the boxes that had arrived from WOE to wrap the gifts before Christmas Day. Upon opening the boxes, I found that one of the items, a fleece blanket for my mother, which I had been told had been shipped, was not present. And the included packing slip also said that the item had been included, except that someone crossed it out with a red pen and attached a note apologizing for the item being discontinued, and promising a refund to follow. Seeing as it was almost midnight on Christmas Eve, I had no gift to give to my aging mother on Christmas morning. I sent an email on Christmas Day asking for an explanation and a refund, and did not hear anything back until several days later. I had to tell them what items were missing, because apparently whoever used the red pen to adjust the packing slip didn’t keep good records, and was told a refund had been posted. Here we are almost a week later, and no refund yet! I have asked to be removed from their email list, and yet I continue to be spammed with more emails from them.
