Little did I know I was going to be swept off my feet as soon as I click that SUBMIT button. Right after I placed the order, I got a view of the excellent service that Nitin offers. He asked me several questions to better understand my needs. He suggested that I send them another picture with a different angle, in better light and wearing my favorite shirt! He asked me to describe myself, my likes, my dislikes. I didnt understand why he was asking me all this but when the caricature arrived in the email for my approval, I almost jumped in my chair and yelled, "THAT'S ME!".
