"Ugh.
I ordered some items on June 3. About 10 days after placing the order, I emailed the company to ask for an order confirmation. It took about a week to receive an email with an order number. As days passed, I would check my order status and it always said "1-2 weeks". This went on for oh, about 6 weeks!

I began to feel I wasn't ever going to see my things, but in mid-July got an email with a tracking number! Rejoice! Still no stuff though.

About a week after that, I got an email with a different tracking number. I used it, and indeed things had shipped. It was also at this point that the charge went through on my credit card; at least they didn't charge me until they shipped!

Today, July 28, just a week shy of 2 full months since the order was placed, I received all of my items. I was shocked! I expected half of them to be missing, or broken, or for the wrong team. But no, everything was there.

I wouldn't recomment this company to anyone, and I'm certainly not going to use them again. However, the items I purchased were things I hadn't seen anywhere else, so I'm glad I was patient and let things play out. I'm happy in the end.

"Placed my order 5/27/10 received confirmation item was shipped 6/10/10. Haven't received item and when i tracked it through USPS it wasn't sent to the correct address, not even the right state! No response to their phone number and no response to emails I sent to them except for auto response. DO NOT do business with this "business". I wish i would have checked them out first!"

"I placed this order on 4/6/10 and still have NOT received my order. I have attempted multiple times via phone (NEVER get anyone, just automated answering machine) and via email. NEVER get a reply. I finally got an email on 5/7/10 that my order had shipped. Cannot confirm anything and as of today, 5/24/10, I STILL have NOT received my order. It was for 2 pair of Milwaukee Brewer earrings. I tried their phone# through the yellow pages - and that response was the number was NO LONGER in service. VERY UPSET!!!!"

"AFTER 1 WEEK THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE CALLS AND TELL YOU TO E-MAIL THEM WITH QUESTIONS. THEY THEN IGNORE THE E-MAIL. I CANCELLED MY ORDER BY E-MAIL-I HOPE THEY READ IT. RE-ORDERED THE SAME MERCHANDISE FROM AMAZON. THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT."

"Placed my order with them on April 6, 2010. Order was confirmed by email. Shipping was 1-2 weeks. They emailed me on April 15, 2010 and thanked me for my order. I have not received my item as of this date (5/8/10). I have emailed them two times since April 26th and just got an auto reposnse that they will respond in 1-2 business days. I have also called them 3-4 times daily for the past week and just get their answereing machine that they are on the other line. Please call back. I needed my item for a gift on April 23rd. Guess I forgot to tell them what year!!"

"I made a purchase on 12/10/09. My bank statement confirms payment to Whateversports. On 12/23/09, I attempted to contact them to see if my sons x-mas gift would arrive for Christmas. Needless to say I only got an answering machine and I did leave a message.To date,(1/28/10) I have left two other voice messages and sent one letter requesting either my purchase or my money back. If I had gone into their store and took an item without paying for it, I would be arrested for shoplifting; so what is their defense for taking my money and not giving me my purchase. I dont know any other recourse to take other than writng this negative review and taking my business elsewhere. Good luck if you still decide to do business with this company or "the smartest thing you could do" if you dont. 1/29/10 THANK YOU! ResellerRatings. After posting my experience with Whateversports, I received a full refund. I have already made a purchase for the same item with another business. I will let you know how it turns out. Thanks again.

"I am experiencing the same type of situation as the other two reviews listed. I ordered two items on December 3. They were supposed to arrive by Christmas and didn't. In fact, just after the holiday I was told one of the items was sold out. I got another email on December 17th stating that the other item would ship in 1 to 2 weeks. In their system it shows it was shipped the 29th of December. It is now January 12th and I have NOT received my order. I have emailed and called and haven't received a response. I got a voice mail that they were closed because of the weather....in Alabama??? I tried a week later and still no answer...just an answering machine. I will NEVER order from them again and hopefully others read these reviews."

"I ordered a mug from them for my boyfriends easter present and was told that it would ship on the 27th of March. It is now April 7th and it still has not been shipped. Also, trying to get a hold of this company is a joke. They never answer the phone and if you email them it takes them a week to respond! I finally cancelled my order cause I got sick of waiting for them! Horrible company. "

"Do Not Recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order around 12/2/2006 for an item for my husband for Christmas. After e-mailing and calling many times I was finally told that the order was on back order and that I should receive it in a few weeks. it is now 3/7/2007 have not received my order or heard a word since. I will never order from them again!!!! Very unhappy...... :("
