"Had a bad wheel on one of my vehicles, so I did a web search for a replacement, and Wheelsandcaps.com came up. They appeared to have the lowest price, so I placed the order. First red flag was that after placing the order with Paypal, I got an error on the wheelsandcaps website. I emailed them, but never heard back. Noticed that the order had went through on Paypal, so thought all was well. Next day, I notice a refund from them on paypal, so I reach out to them by phone, and they tell me that the order was cancelled because they didn't' have the right kind of paint in stock to fulfill the order. So the next day, I placed a second order with them for another similar wheel that would fit the vehicle. Same error came up after the paypal order, but this one appeared to go through, and no refund. Waited 3 weeks, and the wheel had not yet arrived, so I contacted them again. This time I'm told the order never made it to the warehouse, but that the wheel wasn't in stock anyways, which was odd, since It was still listed as IN-STOCK on their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, They are horribly run and shady. "
"After reading all the negative reviews, I took a chance after seeing the great price on a rim for my 2012 Tacoma. I received the rim in 4 days with free shipping. The rim was package with protective rapping and a nice heavy duty box with handles! Upon opening the box I discovered the correct rim that appeared to be New versus reconditioned. I will be buying again from Wheels and Caps!!!!"

they still charged my account. called customer service very rude rep told me that money would take 72 hours...
need the money now for repairs on the car they told me that nothing could be done and manager was at "lunch" and they said she would call back and hung up on me. called back they said the same thing and then put me on hold and came back said they refunded card hung up again

"They charge a 20% restock fee on returns if you order the wrong fee. The lady who answered was rude and said. It’s on the website?!? I asked where and she had to go digging around for it. Bottom line I was going to reorder a wheel for my suburban to replace the wrong one. But not from them. Another thing is they are only web based so no direct line. When I said I’ll just post a review of my experience. She said, go ahead, return policy is on the website?!? Wow. Great customer service lol "

"My daughter selected a rim for her Kia Soul. The picture showed and aluminum rim (which is what she wanted). The item she received was one painted white. When reviewing the website the text did say white but the picture showed aluminum. Despite the error on the website W&C charged a restocking fee even after purchasing the correct wheel for over $200.
Original price was $175.44 and the refund was $142.72.
Hard to get ahold of, won't admit to their own mis-packaging and not customer oriented."
"This website is a scam to just get your money. There website says it will fit your car and then it won't fit and they do not send you a return label to mail it back and they take 20% of your money for "restocking" when they are getting there item back anyway. It also costs $20 to mail a hubcap back which their website SAYS IT WILL FIT but it does not. They don't know anything they are talking about and when you email saying it does fit THEY BLAME YOU and say it is your fault when THEIR website says it will fit your car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE it will be a waste of money and you will not have the part you need for your car. "
"The webpage clearly said and showed an18inch Toyota Rav 4 Sport Wheel. They send me a 17inch Hyundai. Not even close in style. I call them and they send me an email requiring me to prove they messed up. So I then needed to take all these pictures, send them to them by email, get the refund code email, print the return shipping label, then go to the UPS store to send it off. They finally send me an email claiming a refund was processed three days ago, and guess what NO REFUND POSTED YET.
About 2 hours of my time wasted so far and they still are holding my $$ all because of mistakes they made. "

"I bought a 2004 Acura TL replica rim. Long story short it rubs my calipers when installed in the front. To make it worse they got me chasing my tail. They were not interested in owning up to selling me a rim that does not fit. Spent 30 min on the phone with them.... it was pointless. Somehow they kept making it into my fault."
