If you are exempt from sales tax, please forward a copy of your exemption certificate to me. Otherwise, we will have to add sales tax to your order.". As I didn't check the tax exempt box during my order, I have no idea why the sales tax wasn't added to my order. Since I haven't received any status update on my order shipment, I sent an email to follow up with your customer service yesterday. This morning I got the reply: the sales tax is added to my order, and the folder is sent out today. It took a little bit longer than I expect for the order to be shipped. "
