"I was preparing for my wedding and received several quotes from different florists and decided to do it myself. Wholesale prices from Whole Blossoms was better than I imagined. Though it was a busy time, it was worth all the effort of doing it myself. The flowers were gorgeous and it seemed I had many to work with. I recommend anyone to try doing it yourself, much better than a florist and the flowers looked ten times healthier than the flowers different florists showed me. Whole Blossoms also had some good wedding blogs with preparation tips that helped me."
"Whole Blossoms was a wonderful experience! Finding the right place to buy my flowers was more than important to me. I have always envisioned my dream wedding ever since I was a little girl and imagined it with the freshest flowers of many kinds. Whole Blossoms was able to make my dream come true and I am very thankful for their quality service and flowers. If I could I was give them 100 stars. "
"Recently I had a wedding a have been pleased ever since. My friends helped me and we searched around for the best deals possible. Whole Blossoms has some very good deals, not to mention, very fresh flowers. The peach garden roses, white dahlias, ranunculus, and baby's breath filler were of outstanding quality! I am not sure how they can find such wonderful flowers but they did. I cannot say enough about their outstanding performance in providing great wedding flowers. They are more than worth checking out and ordering from."
"I am so thankful I found WholeBlossoms, not only did they have all the right flowers for my wedding, after I unpacked them properly and placed them in fresh water, they were the freshest flowers I had ever seen. I just wanted to recommend them to everyone! Thanks Whole Blossoms!"
"If I could give zero, I would! This company is a complete scam. I ordered Lily of the Valley for a friend. They sent her an order and did not include the name of the sender, so she didn't know it was from me, so neither one of us could start a claims process on the same day of delivery. The flowers were ALL DEAD. I called the company and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Horribly rude and just parroting "terms and conditions" and completely not willing to listen to anything, nor at all apologetic that I just spent close to $100 on dead flowers. They apparently do not have any supervisors and no one you can talk to aside from their customer service reps who "report to each other." I'm horribly disappointed in this company and even more in their customer service. Please do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them. "
"I am so thankful with Whole Blossoms for accommodating a last minute order for my event. I ordered my flowers from a different online store and 2 days prior to my event, the other supplier cancelled on me. I reached out to Whole Blossoms and they made a few calls to get me garden roses, gerber daisys, roses, baby's breath, roses and peonies. I highly recommend this floral shop online. My flowers were simply amazing and their customer service reps went to town to help me at the last minute!"
"Whole Blossoms was a wholesaler we chose for a catered event in January. It was difficult to find the flowers we needed at this time of the year so we shopped around and discovered them. They gave us excellent customer service by searching all their farms in South America till they located them for us. They were beautiful and the event guests were amazed we were able to find them. We highly recommend them."
"Thank you Whole Blossoms for the beautiful flowers!!! The Ecuadorian roses and baby's breath were the freshest flowers i have ever seen. the rich color of the red roses blended with everything spectacularly...I highly recommend you for all my friends."
"I was extremely pleased with the quality of the flowers and the customer service received from wholeblossoms.com. I am an event planner and purchase flowers from different places online for weekly events. Wholeblossoms over exceeded my expectations. I ordered orchids, garden roses, baby's breath, ranunculus, and roses and all the flowers were amazing! I will continue ordering from this flower supplier and recommend this vendor to anyone who is looking for high quality fresh cut flowers."
"I wish I could give zero stars, because that is what Whole Blossoms has earned with their deplorable customer service and mishandling of my order. In effort to save some money, I used WB in lieu of a traditional florist for my wedding centerpieces. I was going to DIY wreath centerpieces, each with 3 hurricane candles grouped in the middle. To ensure my hurricane vases would fit, I contacted customer support to find out the diameter of the inside of the wreaths. This was a simple question, and required a simple answer. I kid you not, I must have gone back and forth with them 20 times via online chat and over email with them providing conflicting information on the wreath measurements. This was a red flag, but since I thought I was getting a good deal, I went ahead and placed an order for a sample wreath. It arrived and was the proper size, so I took a photo with the wreath next to a ruler, and emailed it to customer service saying "this is exactly what I want - please send this exact size when I place my large order for my wedding." I bet you can guess what happened next. Two days before my wedding, my wreath order arrived, and they were all too small. These wreaths were about half the size of the sample Whole Blossoms had sent. I quickly emailed and called them, asking for a replacement order. Could I send these back and have the proper size over nighted to me? There was still time!! I did not receive a response that day, or the next, even after I followed up with them in a last-ditch effort to correct their mistake. Then, the MORNING OF MY WEDDING, I was awoken by a call before 8 am. It was Whole Blossoms calling to tell me that if I returned my order that day in full, I would receive a refund. Now, whether you have or have not been a bride, I would bet that you can feel my pain in that moment. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. Now, I am finally writing this review over a month after the fact because as of today, Whole Blossoms finally made right by their mistake. They offered to send me a check in the mail. In the amount of $29.26. They sincerely apologize for their mistake, and hope that this measly refund will make up for them ruining the centerpieces at my wedding. Moral of the story: do not use Whole Blossoms. Pay a couple hundred dollars more and use a real florist."
"Had a very unfortunate and unpleasant experience with this company. I placed a large order for my wedding about 4months in advance. I live in one state but was having the flowers shipped to my sisters house in another state, where I was getting married. I typed the zip code of the shipping address incorrectly. But instead of double checking the address, when it was shipped to me, whole blossoms changed the state. I typed in Amsterdam ny 20170, but the flowers were shipped to Amsterdam VA 20170. 2/4 of my flowers were correctly delivered to New York. one box showed up in VIrginia, the address on that label was NOT what I typed into the Wholeblossom Website, the State was changed, but the two other packages that were shipped had the correct state on them. The hydrangeas that were shipped to Virginia after working its whole blossoms and fedex eventually were rerouted to the correct address but more than half of them were dead. Whole blossoms told me they would refund the hydrangeas if I submitted a claim, which I did. Now onto the 4th flowers, I ordered garden roses, the Week of my wedding , I was contacted and told their was an issue with a crop and they couldn't send, but would substitute with a polar star that was a close equivalent. I told the, it didn't matter as long as I had roses for my bouquet as that was the main flower. They placed the new order... My delivery date was scheduled for the day before my wedding I was nervous but knew they had their event guarantee policy. Thursday, Friday past... Still no flowers, and no status on FedEx. I contacted both whole blossoms and fedex, tey said it was accustoms issue and I wouldn't get my roses til 1:30pm Saturday the 11th. I spoke with Sandra as I was frantic, because I was getting married at 1pm Saturday, she told me there was nothing she could do and it wasn't their fault. They weren't willing to so anything to make the situation right. I wasn't even going to be there to accept the flowers as I was going to be getting ready for my wedding. She was terribly rude and made up excuses as to why I wasn't able to speak to a supervisor. The event guarantee wasn't something they were going to do because it wasn't their fault they ordered flowers from Ecuador and they were stuck(instead of ordering in the us with such a tight deadline) Well I had myself and my whole bridal party traveling to grocery stores up and long the thruway in New York State looking for white roses at florists and grocery stores. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get enough white roses for my event, it was awful. After speaking to the company they offered to refund the roses but said they shouldn't because the flowers were marked "refused by recipient" because I contacted fedex to see if I could pay extra to get them that night and they said no. I said I wasn't going to be there and they told me they just wouldn't attempt the delivery because of the situation, finally someone who could sympathize with the situation. Upset by the situation I wrote a review on Wedding wire and Facebook about my situation. The company threatened to not refund my order until the reviews were removed. I told the company at I had reached out to an attorney because they had falsely advertised their event guarantee and they again told me hey take their reputation seriously and again threatened me this time with legal action because I had honestly reviewed them. We'll I am here today to tell you, almost a months after my wedding, I received my refund for the roses, but not the hydrangea order, they never did anything to guarantee that I had flowers for my event. I had the review removed from FAcebook and Wedding wire and contacted me to let them know and gave me the opportunity to make me consider writing a good review. Weddings are supposed to be happy times but when a company causes you this much grief I'd advise anyone to stay away.

"When I first opened my box of flower petals for my wedding I was extremely disappointed. I received my petals 3 days before my wedding and they were already starting to turn brown and wilted. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction due to so many wilted petals as well as my concern that the undamaged petals would survive until my wedding. I was willing to work with the company and accept a replacement but my wedding was fast approaching without a plan of action confirmed. Due to the time restriction I requested my money to be refunded for the entire order due to the damaged petals and my concerns that the other petals were wilting rapidly. I was told I would only receive a partial refund for the petals that were damaged upon arrival. I continued to try and work with the company and once again reminded them that I had expressed my concerns about the entire petal order when I had first called. I had ordered petals from this website because it had stated that the vase life was 3-8 days; the petals I received were not up to this standard. I feel that is company does not value their customers. By my wedding day, all of the flowers were un-useable, smelled rotted, and we missed out on several photos that were going to feature the rose petals.
I would STRONGLY discourage using this company. Their product quality does NOT meet what is stated on their website, their customer services is sub par, and they DO NOT put forth effort to resolve situations as any other company I have ever worked with.

"Awful customer service!!! I have worked as a florist for years, and the flowers came a day early, (callas), but had tears and unbelievable creases in them! i was told that because they were attempted to be delivered at 11, and I received them at 7, that it would have an affect on the callas. Well, this was certainly not a hydration issues, and I have worked with callas many times, and they are fine even out of water for a substantial period of time! so i suppose that in 8 hours the petals start to tear themselves inside the box. ha. they wouldn't do ANYTHING for me except for have me send them back overnight at MY cost for shipping, AND an additional 35% restockng fee. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!"
"DON'T use wholeblossoms.com!!!! I ordered dark purple mini carnations for my wedding and they sent me HOT PINK flowers!! I had to scramble around and find flowers 3 days before my wedding - DON'T trust them if you are ordering flowers for something important!!!"
"I’ve used Whole Blossoms numerous times in the past for weddings and have been extremely pleased with their services and the quality of their flowers. However, most recently I’ve used them in two weddings in the East Coast of Canada (Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island). The customer service was amoung the worst I’ve ever experienced. In Nova Scotia, I was called 2 days before the wedding to tell me that the flowers would not be able to make it in time and I would have to drive 4 hours to go pick them up if I wanted to get them. I spent 2 days on the phone with both the company and Fed Ex and after much argument and negotiation received the flowers the night before the wedding. The second wedding in PEI, I was called 6 days before the event and told that I lived in a “remote area” and they were having problems at the Canadian border. The choices provided to me were for them to fly them in through Air Canada to arrive on the day of the wedding, I would have to pick them up and pay whatever fee AC charged on top of what I already paid or I could just cancel my order!
Previous to these two incidences I would have whole-heartedly recommended using this company, however, I would never want someone to deal with the unreliability if you are ordering to Canada. PEI and Nova Scotia have Fed Ex trucks everywhere – even if I consented to the idea that it is a ‘remote area’, the company’s policy states that the order will be delivered to your door on the date of delivery or one day before/after. Whole Blossoms took zero responsibility for being unable to deliver the flowers on time and if they accepted the orders two months before the events took place and then called a week prior to say that they couldn’t do it – it is absolutely bad business. I would not feel comfortable using them again due to the fact that I wouldn’t trust that the flowers would arrive on time and I would be stuck a week before the event trying to figure out an alternative."
