"I ordered a Rocket R58 in early January 2018, upgrading from my 4 year old Cellini Evolution 2. Now that everything is done I am really happy with the machine. However, it has been a process to get to this point. My machine is fully plumbed in, and when I first turned it on, it leaked badly. We traced the leak to a bad solenoid valve. WLL sent a replacement assembly right away, but while I was waiting, I did some further checking and found the reason for the leak was the solenoid tube was cross-threaded into the body. I reinstalled the tube correctly threaded, and that took care of the leak. Why this wasn't caught by either the factory or WLL is beyond me. Also, although I have no way to prove it, I don't believe I am the first owner of the machine. The factory carton was somewhat tattered when it arrived. Two feet were attached to the machine, while the other two were in a sealed bag. The interior of the double portafilter was somewhat darkened as if it had been used. And the case that contained the instruction flash drive was broken (the flash drive itself worked fine). As I said in the beginning, I am really happy with my R58. But the experience left a somewhat bitter taste. If it wasn't a new machine, it shouldn't have been sold as such. I hope I am mistaken in this. "
